   Date night.... We decided to have dinner here before going to Phantom of the Opera Sunday night. Great staff with the understanding that most patrons having dinner @ 5pm were also going the show. Service was excellent (thus for the 4 stars). Food was a bit of a let down. We came here to try something new that is close to our condo, especially for the gnocchi (which they were out of) so my wife ordered the Pappardelle De Carbonara. She was a bit disappointed with the heavy dousing of white cream sauce. Probably should have asked for it to be tossed with olive oil and garlic instead, our bad! I haven't had Osso Bucco it years so decided to try it here. Great flavor with a touch of curry. I'm no chef but shouldn't the meat fall off the bone and you can cut it with a fork? or that's my memory of the last time I had Osso Bucco. This one I had to use a knife to cut portions of the meat off the bone and from each other. or maybe that's how it's supposed to be? Again, thank you for the wonderful staff that took care of us...    This is my second time at Viaggio and this review is primarily about my reservation on opentable. I booked a reservation two months prior and the night of my dinner, Viaggio did not have my reservation in their system. I also called the restaurant a few days prior to confirm my reservation. It was an extremely busy night and I have to give credit to the host who graciously gave us a table. I am very discouraged from using opentable again if this issue is not resolved. The service at Viaggio was extremely slow (again it was a busy night) and the kitchen ran out of one of the dishes my guest ordered (one of the more popular dishes there). I suggest in the future that they employ more staff and account for more food knowing how busy a night it would be (based on reservation count). Overall, I would visit Viaggio again based on convenience and location.

   If you were raised on the East Coast this wouldn't qualify as Italian. The ambience and service was outstanding. The food not so much

   Everything was on point at this establishment. I recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to have an intimate 5-star experience. The food was amazing and I’m definitely going back to try the different dishes.

   5:30pmに入店。Happy hourの場合はバーに座ります。 今回はテーブル席へ。 ドリンクとアペタイザーのメニューをもらって、カプレーゼとオニオンスープをまずはオーダー。 カプレーゼは真ん中にレモンシャーベットが乗っていて、これを混ぜて食べると新鮮な味わいで良かった。 オニオンスープは濃すぎず、しかし、しっかりとした味付けで美味。 問題は、パスタ... Linguine Tutti mari は、せっかくふんだんに魚介類を使っているのに、味が染み込んでおらず。。。素材もいいものを使っていないのがよく分かりました。(ホタテは甘みを感じられない、など) パスタもアルデンテ感ゼロ、ゆるゆるです... イタリアンリブアイステーキはなんとか及第点も、美味しいというほどの味ではありません。 サービス面でもワインが出てくるのに10分かかったり、ちょっと残念でした。 しかし、店内はローカルで大賑わい。 アメリカ人が好むパスタの固さだったり、味付けのお店です。 日本人であれば、ベルニーニやタオルミーナに行くべし。私がここに来る事はもうないでしょう。 お店の雰囲気は良く、1階、2階はランボルギーニやフェラーリ、マセラッティなどの超高級ディーラーが軒を連ねていて、見ているだけでも楽しいです。

   Server was mediocre. He did not check on us, did not ask if I wanted another drink, and nor did he apologize when it took over 20 minutes to get 1 drink.

   My sister and I enjoyed our dinner. There was one little hiccup, though. When the waiter was taking my order I asked a few questions about what came with my dish (chicken piccata). I asked for a side of pasta and agreed to the linguine. And then he walked away but DIDN'T take my sister's order! We had to flag him down to give him her order! One more little thing...I know pasta because I worked in two different Italian restaurants. I didn't get linguine...it was thin spaghetti. Linguine is a flat pasta. However, I am willing to give the restaurant another shot.

   I've eaten quite alot here, I hate to write a poor review but this isn't about the restaurant. The quality of everything was great but our server Daniel must have been new. I ordered an old fashioned that came out pink. That's a bourbon drink. He took it back and brought me another pink one after I asked for just bourbon and bitters. Forgot our beer for the entirety of our dinner. I will be coming back for dinner, I just hope Daniel is having a better day next time.

   It actually sounds like it was an issue with the bartender, though that does not excuse forgetting anything you or your party requested/ordered. If we had to guess, it sounds like the bartender used Aperol or Campari to mix with the bourbon, as they are both considered a bitters or aperitif, and both have a distinct red coloring. That said, that is a very uncommon use for that liqueur. We will bring this up with our bartending staff. Mahalo for your review.

    Food really was not good. Soup was overly salty, clams were bland, salad was... just a salad, burger was mostly dense bread(along with being luke warm). Prices also are very high for what you are getting. I don’t mind paying top dollar for a meal but there are certain expectations. i didnt bother taking pictures.
