Vetri Cucina is offering two prix fixe menus: Our classic tasting menu is a 4 course menu with choices at $165pp The seasonal Forchetta menu is a 6 course chef selected menu at $215pp Two wine pairing options: $110 and $150 are available. Corkage Policy: Vetri Cucina does NOT allow any outside bottles. Simple yet elegant, the thoughtful meal is inspired by both classic Italian recipes and our extensive culinary research. Each guest is welcomed with a complimentary Spritz or glass of Prosecco. While you enjoy, a server presents the evening’s menu and wine options, allowing you to select your courses from the menu. Reservation for parties of 1 to 6

What a wonderful evening..start to finish! The service was impeccable from our welcomed arrival through the entire multi course meal. Everyone was experienced knowledgeable and pleasant. We opted for the Seasonal Tasting Menu accompanied by the Wine Flight. It was outstanding! Fresh unique ingredients with beautiful plating. The wine pairings were spot on! This is your special night out and one you will always remember!

Of course the service is at the highest level. And the food was good, but not great and certainly not at the level I would expect for Vetri. Had it been another restaurant with different pricing I would have been very happy. However, Vetri has historically set the bar high and my past experiences were at that level. But we paid over $600 for two for the four course with wine pairing. And for that price level, I was disappointed. The food was very good but not exceptional. I did not walk away feeling like I experienced the highest level of culinary art. There wasn’t a dish that I had that I felt like I just had something like I’d never had before. The tartare was good but not amazing. The rabbit and peach pasta was good but the rabbit may as well have been pork or chicken thigh and the peach just didn’t show up. Good idea with promise but not what it could have been. Even more disappointing was that we ordered cappuccino at the end and they charged us $6 each. That seemed very petty based on what we were paying. And the wine pairing was good but over priced and also kind of meager. It just felt like there was no effort to give the customer an exceptional experience. And that’s disappointing based on my past experiences and based on similar restaurants I have eaten at. Good but not great and I think Vetri is going for great, or I would hope so. Just kind of disappointing.

Vetri is a special restaurant to both of us. The food and service is outstanding! We make it a destination a few times a year and they know who we are and our likes and avoids. A must for any food /wine junkie... can we say junkie in this environment...? Lol

It's been a few years since our last visit. But my daughter and husband visited last month and raved about the smoked spaghetti and the good humor ice cream dessert. We did the 4 course meal and it was just perfect. The two pasta dishes (smoked spaghetti and rabbit/peach/ pappardelle ) were the stars. The little bits between courses were perfectly selected to go with the meal. Perfect wine suggestion. We will be back soon.

Impeccable hospitality and service. All the food EXCELLENT--from first inhaling the amazing smells to the last taste. It's the kind of (rare) food that makes you eat slowly because you're savoring every bite.
