He puts seasonal ingredients front and center in his elegant tasting menus, which could include silky handkerchief pasta with pheasant ragu and rhubarb. Located in a historic townhouse decked with hand-blown Murano glass chandeliers, the setting is an intimate, special-occasion-worthy escape.

Varias fechas disponiblesVetri Cucina is offering two prix fixe menus: Our classic tasting menu is a 4 course menu with choices at $165pp The seasonal Forchetta menu is a 6 course chef selected menu at $215pp Two wine pairing options: $110 and $150 are available. Corkage Policy: Vetri Cucina does NOT allow any outside bottles. Simple yet elegant, the thoughtful meal is inspired by both classic Italian recipes and our extensive culinary research. Each guest is welcomed with a complimentary Spritz or glass of Prosecco. While you enjoy, a server presents the evening’s menu and wine options, allowing you to select your courses from the menu. Reservation for parties of 1 to 6
