Vessel Specializes in Fresh Seafood and New American Cuisine! Renowned Chef Wille Cooper, who trained under Emeril Lagasse & Wolfgang Puck sources fresh local ingredients incorporating many of the traditions New Orleans is famous for. Dinner is served 7 days a week and brunch Sat-Sun! Happy Hour weekdays 4-6 pm (except holidays). Reservations are advised and we welcome walk-ins! Dine inside or outdoors on our gorgeous covered patio! ARCHITECTURAL DIGEST featured VESSEL as one of "8 of the Most Gorgeous Restaurants in Former Churches Worldwide". Paranormal activity lurks at VESSEL as featured on The Travel Channel's hit show "THE DEAD FILES" in the episode "Deadly Vessel" showcasing the spirits that haunt Vessel.     Very beautiful restaurant and food was delicious. The only thing I was expecting was a little acknowledgement of my birthday. When making the reservation it asked me if this was a special occasion, I stated yes it was my BD. Maybe just a little cupcake or petite fore with a candle would have been nice, or a simple HB from the waitress.

    This is the first time my family and I dined here. We absolutely loved the brunch. Everyone had something different and every dish was really good. Atmosphere was great. Ambience was really cool. We will definitely be back. Service was impeccable!

    The food and service were fabulous! It was the most I have ever paid for a meal. I think the prices were a bit high. I couldn't find a handicap entrance, we did finally find a ramp, but it was not marked as such, so I am not sure if it was for food delivery or guests.

    The seared salmon with purred sweet potatoes and brussels sprouts was a meal I will never forget! Absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked to order, and the honey glaze was yummy and addictive. I will def return for another experience or even order delivery just to enjoy that meal again. Wonderful service, gorgeous interior.

    The service and setting were great, and in any other city but New Orleans, the food would have been top tier. Unfortunately, it just didn’t quite measure up to my expectations for a dining experience in NOLA. It was completely fine, but not much better than fine.

    If you're looking for a restaurant with a cool vibe, this is it! Ambiance for the win! The service was good. The food was solid. There were a couple of comments from our group that their food was a little more bland than they prefer. I had the salmon, and it was cooked well with great flavor. It was a little too rich served on top of sweet potatoes, though, so I didn't eat much of it.

    This place was incredible! Such a great ambience and the service was impeccable, in addition to the food. We also learned to have the haunted story that is associated with it. My cold press martini was one of the best drinks I’ve had. Highly recommend!

    Fantastic overall experience! We all loved the pork belly, and all the food was great. They are very friendly and professional, and the food is fantastic. We look forward to coming back!
