Vessel Specializes in Fresh Seafood and New American Cuisine! Renowned Chef Wille Cooper, who trained under Emeril Lagasse & Wolfgang Puck sources fresh local ingredients incorporating many of the traditions New Orleans is famous for. Dinner is served 7 days a week and brunch Sat-Sun! Happy Hour weekdays 4-6 pm (except holidays). Reservations are advised and we welcome walk-ins! Dine inside or outdoors on our gorgeous covered patio! ARCHITECTURAL DIGEST featured VESSEL as one of "8 of the Most Gorgeous Restaurants in Former Churches Worldwide". Paranormal activity lurks at VESSEL as featured on The Travel Channel's hit show "THE DEAD FILES" in the episode "Deadly Vessel" showcasing the spirits that haunt Vessel.     Nice date night experience. Food was good, drinks good, friendly and welcoming service. My only issue was our wobbly table.

    Ben was our server and he was absolutely amazing. His upbeat attitude and efficient service made my birthday dinner that much more special. Vessel and their staff are always very accommodating and kind especially for larger parties. Favorite restaurant for any kind of celebration, as a local. Food is consistently superb.

    Vessel was AMAZING! I’m going to tell everyone i know to check this place out. The restaurant was gorgeous, the food was equally amazing! The cheese board was so yum and amazing cocktails!

    Our food was so amazing but the service was a bit slow. I would go back but maybe with a smaller party and do not plan to be in a hurry.
