   It was nice. The duck was way over cooked, I order it medium rare and it came out like a leather shoe. The music was too loud, but the staff weee really great. Can’t say I’d go back, but it wasn’t a complete disaster either.

   I arrived a few minutes before my reservation and was told to wait in the bar until my table was ready. Went to the bar and after about 15 minutes of no one greeting me or offering a drink, I left. Seeing as though I was the only patron in the bar, it seemed very rude and I am still unclear Q's to why my table wasn't ready. The place did not seem that busy.

   Steps from Louis Vuitton on the Champs-Élysées and the Arc do Triomphe. Security at the entrance, a small bar, and a delightful setting area on the first floor will be their welcome letter for an enchanting ambiance. Delicious, quality, and gourmet food that is beautifully presented. The main room is located in a subterranean dining room filled with funky eclectic chandeliers, unique wallpaper, and candles that seems necessary to provide the necessary light for a dinner. A live DJ keeps the energy and the music at an appropriate level that will go up and down depending on the vibe. Reservation will be advised!

   We arrived to this beautiful place and my wife and I were asked what we wanted at the door. I mentioned we had a reservation and the front security gave us a dirty look. He checked and then told us to wait outside and got someone else. The waitress or hostesses asked what do we need. It was rude to not even ask how they can help or even a hi, just simply "yes?". I explained I made a reservation and they said today is $150 per person for valentines, and asked if we can do that. We said, that's fine, we've paid more before. Showed us the menu and we agreed. They asked to wait then told us, we're not dressed up to their standards. They kept thinking of excuses to not let us in and it's ruined our valentines because everywhere else was already booked. Not sure if it was our skin, or our young selves but we hated how we were treated and were not given respect as a human being. We ended up with a better night elsewhere and good riddance.

    An absolute disgrace the level of professionalism by the people there. I have eaten all over the world and in the best restaurants from 3 Michelin stars to a simple pub in a corner and never have I seen such disrespect and slow class. I underhand why it wasn’t full. Honestly a shame, thankfully as I was staying in the 4 seasons I got to go to a better more expensive restaurant.

    First of all: DO NOT make a reservation with OpenTable for this restaurant. They had no record of our reservation but because we went there when they opened they seated us anyway. The rest was a truly incredible experience. The 4 of us ordered a third of the menu and everything was exceptional including the service. I totally recommend it but I also urge you to make the reservation directly otherwise you most likely won't have a booking when you get there.

    We went here for Valentine’s Day from LA. The ambiance of the restaurant was 8/10. It very much felt fun and like a lounge. The music was also on point! The food and service on the other hand was another story. We ordered a filet and the truffle penne pasta. The filet was tiny and the pasta was flavorless with the exception of the truffle. Given it was Valentine’s Day, they had a special menu that included an entre and a dessert. We got the chocolate mousse. The chocolate mousse wasn’t… chocolate mousse. Our server mentioned it was their spin on chocolate mousse which was heavy cream with ice in it and chocolate sauce on top. Odd. The food overall was very overpriced, lacked flavor, and generally underwhelming. There was a staff miscommunication as well. When we arrived the hostess mentioned 1 drink was included in the Valentine’s Day meal and the server mentioned it as well, so we ordered it. When we got the check… it was another story and it was apparently not included? Maybe language barrier? Overall, the vibe of this place is great, but the food and service will leave you confused and seeking more.

    Terrible. We booked by Open Table, tried to call the restaurant and the answerphone said it was full and couldn’t take any more messages, paid 20 euros for a taxi to get there only to find the place clearly not properly open, with decorator materials everywhere. Either the restaurant or Open Table messed up badly, saying they were open for business - they weren’t and shouldn’t have been bookable, and we had a wasted evening! Reader beware!

    Open table app accepted the reservation. We arrived there and restaurant was closed, as all other restaurants in Paris. If they are closed open table app should not accept and confirm the reservation.

    Awful. Horrible. Gross. Overpriced. Check your bill, then check it again. Over charged us for everything. Put extra drinks on our bill, up charged us for the ones we had. The food was mediocre, at best. Mice everywhere. When we pointed out the mice their response, “Welcome to Paris, it’s like Ratatouille” Waiter was incompetent, the manager was rude. Offered no sort of resolution until we noted we would just take it up with Amex then they took a few drinks off the bill when they should have just comped the meal. Do not waste your time going to this awful place!

    Enjoyed our meal however meal was ruined after waiter poor side sauce over dish before I had chance to stop him. I still finished my meal but wasn't overly impressed. The service was good other than that.

    We had a reservation on NYE and coming from Los Angeles to celebrate our engagement. We got a call a few days prior with them canceling, but due to the language barrier we couldn’t understand why. No problem, we assumed they had a special event. Followed up with an impromptu visit a few evenings later, hostess was excellent. Friendly, sweet and polite. Decor beautiful. Unfortunately the credit card machines were down, but our server didn’t tell us until the end of the meal and sent my fiancé walking in search of an ATM that was not, just outside on the right. It was very slow being after NYE and the drink service was very slow, but food service very fast. Salmon was fishy, tartar underwhelming, but ceviche was excellent as was the truffle mashed potato. The salad was good. We asked for change from our server and she never brought it back, but we think she either didn’t hear us or didn’t understand. All in all, living in West Hollywood, we knew what to expect. Good evening, but dissatisfied with the salmon. It’s an easy dish, and being they were out of the ravioli, a bummer to have it be so fishy. But you go to these types of restaurants for the ambience and the DJ was excellent.

    Went for New Years and everything was perfect! From the moment we walked in the service was first class. Never felt rushed but they were always there when we wanted someone. The food was amazing! We often dine in the best places in London and New York, this was right up there with the very best. The beef was perfect! The ambiance was spot on, all in all, a really great experience!
