Vault restaurant is on the main floor of the original Bank Building, built in 1909 in Historic Downtown Hot Springs, AR. We have preserved the original bank vault that allows for private dining for groups up to 4. Our attention is on all the details... “all the way down to the salt and pepper shakers.” We hope you will join us for your Timeless Vault Dining Experience.

Our filet topped with crabmeat was outstanding. So was our salad and Brussels sprouts. The cheese cake was the best we ever tasted.

We started out with cocktails up stairs while we waited on our table. That was amazing. The piano man was great. Then we get to our table and ordered drinks which never came until our meal came. We ordered oysters for appetizer which were awful. They taste like they had been sitting in water for a few days. Our steaks were really good. The rolls they bring were so good. I wish I could have brought a dozen home. Waiter did not check on our table very often. I will probably not go back unless it’s to go up stairs and listen to the piano man and have cocktails.

A little disappointed! I had made my reservation way ahead of date and had noted it was a special date night. Upon arriving hostess informed me they could not sit us at a special table because you were very busy tonight! It made me feel less important because of other customers. Why ask for special recommendations if they aren’t going to be met? Everything other than that was excellent! I will return.

My family always comes here when in town and normally we love it!! This year sadly was different, they were out of rolls, my food was way overcooked and we spent 2 hours waiting on our food. Some of these factors could be contributed to the Holiday weekend, but there weren’t many people in the restaurant at our late seating time. This being the first time this has happened, I would come back and they were very kind about meal, offering to remake/take off the bill.

Sklyar was and exceptional server, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was amazing. A young man, I believe his name is Robert made sure that my water glass was always topped off and never allowed to be wanting more. He was GREAT !!! The young lady that checked us in was also wonderful. What a great way to start the night! Pleasant, a beautiful smile and overall welcoming person.

It was our first time there as well as our first date! What a special place, from the bartender’s to the Chef coming by our table. Will definitely be coming back!
