    We have eaten there on numerous occasions, and the food and everything else has always been perfect. But last night we were very disappointed in the food. The ribeye was over cooked and half the size as the norm. The duck tasted wild and gamie.

    Vault offered great tasting and a varied menu where I could eat fish (Halibut) & my vegan spouse could eat crispy tofu. The smoky old fashioned is a must for presentation & taste. However, Carla made my birthday dinner unforgettable...THANK YOU!

    Most expensive thing on the menue was a $55 ribye. I liked the side of mushrooms better than the steak. Pork belly appetizer was amazing. Good overall experience. Just disappointed in the steak.

    No catch of the day nor ant fish on menu. Did not care foe west coast raw oysters. 6 oz fillet was ordered rare. Was medium rare. Pork chop was little salty for me. Service was great. Could had been off night for chef.

    We went for our honeymoon dinner. Our waitress was nice and very informative. The food was great and they brought out campaign for the occasion. It’s was wonderful.

    Cool atmosphere and good service, but I likely wouldn’t eat here again as the food was just okay. The shrimp was good. The salad was okay. The steak (which we ordered medium rare) was extremely dry. Food is on the pricey side to only be okay.

    Our experience was superb! Our waitress was very attentive and the food was wonderful! The ambience was splendid! If we ever visit Hot Springs again we will definitely eat at The Vault again!

    Beautiful interior and my server was very good. The food was outstanding (get the house made ricotta) except for the bread pudding which was dry. A crème anglaise or ice cream would have been good with it. As I was seated, the team was singing loudly at the bar and the MOD sat in a booth with her back to the dining room for almost the whole time I was there. Food came out very quickly and I will definitely be back for the ricotta.

    The food was excellent and service even better. We had the beet salad for starters and it was beautiful and so creative. Our smoked old fashion was quite the show stopper with their presentation. I had the filet, mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. My spouse had the bolognese. Everything was excellent. The server recommended our wine selection and he was spot on. Definitely recommend this restaurant with beautiful atmosphere but even better food and service.

    If there were six stars that would describe the level of excellence! This place is outstanding! We sat at the bar and Faith waited on us and provided the most wonderful service. Each dish was a perfectly curated masterpiece!

    Great place for date night or special occasions! Loved hanging out in the lounge with live music while we waited for our table. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive! Chef visited our table to ensure we had an excellent experience! Definitely will visit again!

    As always everything was fantastic from service to ambience and the meals. All four of us had great meals, especially the lamb sirloin which was more like a filet. Hummus appetizer was wonderful.

    We arrived at 5:27pm for a 5:30 reservation. The hostess told us to have a seat on the couch until it got closer to our reservation time? That was a head scratcher but not a dealbreaker. The menu is fairly limited, especially for someone wanting a fish entree. Trout was the only fish available that evening and we had been hoping for some other fish selection. The entrees were good, I had the 4oz filet and my wife had the tofu. The filet was good and the tofu was good also. My wife really enjoyed the cabbage salad. Bottom line, good by not great food. Nice atmosphere and expensive.

    This might be one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! It was our wedding anniversary and every employee that we walked past wished us a happy anniversary. Scott was our server and he’s highly experienced in the restaurant industry. He watched us like a hawk- you’d never know- but he was so attentive to what we were doing and made sure our drinks were full, we had bread, the table was cleared, etc. He knew I was gluten free and made sure any suggestions were safe for my dietary restrictions. He even made sure I had plenty of gluten free crackers to snack on. He noticed I was dipping my crackers in the tamari our appetizer was served in and brought me a fresh bowl of tamari. The food was outstanding. Some of the best I’ve ever had. We ordered the ribeye with Scott’s recommended chimichurri topping, the special which was sea bass over seasonal veggies with a lemon sauce and we ordered 3 sides, Brussels, mashed potatoes with rosemary cream, and dirty rice. I’m a huge rice fan and it was the best dirty rice I’ve ever eaten. Scott made sure we had a champagne toast and a gluten free dessert for us before we left. I told my husband we would have to come back and see Scott every year from now on. Having worked in the restaurants industry for many years and eating out a lot, this was a top notch dining experience. The outstanding food, our incredible server, Scott, and the whole atmosphere. I bet I could order anything on the menu and it would have blown us out of the water. I was also told at the bar while waiting on our table that the chef has a gluten intolerance so many, many items on the menu are celiac safe or can be made safely for celiacs.

    The food was good, and the server was attentive, but I'm not sure I'd care to go back, honestly. For drinks, I had the elder flower martini, and my husband had a smokey old fashion. They were good but we've had better. We ordered the sea bass that was on special for an appetizer, and I would have rather skipped it... it wasn't good. My husband ordered the duck confit,which he thought was good but wouldn't order again. It was dry, and the salad that came with it was more of a garnish. I did really like my crispy tofu entrée. It was great. Overall, for the price, I expected it to be better.

    I can't say enough about this place. We we're celebrating my daughter's birthdays and they went above and beyond making sure that they were taken care. The wait staff was phenomenal and they did extras on their own without even being asked to. If you are visiting Hot Springs, the Vault is a definite must have to go to. You won't be disappointed!

    My wife and I have eaten at a lot of steakhouses and there’s one back home that we are partial to and by which we judge all the others that we visit. So, when I say, “This is the best food I’ve ever eaten!” I don’t say it lightly! We had Cosmos and smoked Old Fashioned for drinks, pork belly served as an Asian bowl, truffle honey yeast rolls, filet and ribeye, lemonchelo trifle for desert, a Cajun style corn, and brussel sprouts. Every course I thought it couldn’t get better or even keep pace but it did that and more. We gave the chef a standing ovation at the end of the meal! It was just that good!

    It is a stunningly beautiful restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere. The interior was breathtaking, creating a perfect ambiance for a memorable dining experience or to impress a date . The food presentation was like art on a plate, truly impressive. The staff were professional and attentive. The drinks were masterpieces in their own right, visually appealing and creatively crafted. However, when it came to the taste of the food, I was quite disappointed. The dishes contained exotic ingredients or combinations that my taste buds were not familiar with, and unfortunately, the flavors were reminiscent of perfume, which I did not enjoy. Additionally, considering the portion I actually consumed, the price was not worth the experience. Maybe I should have ordered the ‘Bone Marrow’ which the waitress described as originating from the femur. Maybe those ingredients would taste familiar. One unique aspect was the illuminated menus, which added a cool touch to the overall experience. However, the restaurant was too dimly lit, which made it challenging to see my date, to realize we were not actually experiencing a solar eclipse, or fully appreciate the presentation of the food. In conclusion, while the place had a stunning atmosphere and the food and drinks were presented beautifully, the unfamiliar taste and high prices left me wanting more. The dark ambiance also detracted from the overall experience.

    Honestly, this was the worst of all our Vault dinner experiences. The menu was disjointed. They have added tables in the middle of the room. The food was not very flavorful. The burger was over cooked. And the food we wanted boxed was not completely added to our to go containers. And the volume is overwhelming. You cannot have a conversation with your own table. Very disappointed this time.
