   The Vault is a beautiful restaurant - an excellent place for a romantic dinner or just dinner with friends. My husband and I went with another couple and everyone loved their food. The grilled cabbage salad was a standout! Our server was perfect - there when we needed her but not intrusive. We had key lime pie for dessert and it was delicious. Pricey, but great for a treat. Highly recommended!

   It was our second time visiting from out of town. The experience was great. The manager brought over two glasses of non alcoholic wine for our anniversary celebration. My husband’s NY Strip was perfectly cooked and seasoned well. The only small negative was my risotto which was a tad bit salty. We’ll be sure to visit again on future trips to Hot Springs!

   The Colorado Lamb Sirloin and the spicy honey glaze Brussels sprouts were superb! The service was excellent.

   We were proud to treat our business partners to a delicious meal at this nice but unfussy restaurant. The food was delicious and the server was the absolute best.

   Great location, awesome ambience, fantastic staff. Food was delicious, food presentation was perfect, we wish they had bigger selection of brunch items. There was no brunch menu to preview prior to reservation.

   Great food & service. Fish and pork chop were delicious and the rolls were fantastic and unlike any we’ve had before (worth the indulgence)! Enjoyed the ambiance of dining in the renovated old bank!

    My drink from the bar was not good. Waiter seemed to be new. We had to ask for bread.
