   We booked the latest possible reservation on a Saturday, which for a bar that closes at 2am was only 10:45p. Our plan was to go to the John Mayer concert and then to the Vault afterwards. Unfortunately, the concert let out at 10:45p, and by the time we got to the venue, they gave away our reservation. Honestly, I wouldn't give this place a bad review just for me missing the reservation time, but they were completely unavailable and uncommunicative, and that's why I'm leaving this review. I messaged the venue through OpenTable and tried calling three times between 10:45p and 11:00p without success. The phone number in the OpenTable app was wrong, and while the number on Google was correct, it went unanswered. When I got to the host stand at 11:05p, no one was there, so I called, and again, no answer. When the host did arrive, he was completely indifferent about cancelling our reservation. He said, "what were we supposed to do?" (yes, he actually said that), to which I replied that I messaged through the app and called multiple times. At a minimum, if you're going to give someone's reservation away, call them or reject the reservation in the app, so we don't waste time and money getting to the place.

   Honestly, front desk receptionist was rude and off putting. We asked for a table, she told us the place was fully booked no chance we could get in without a reservation. I opened up open table, reservations for the entire night. Made one. Walked back up, and she said, “ugh! I saw! You made a reservation.” We go in, the place has open tables everywhere all night. They did shut off open table though and we watched her quite enjoy telling everyone walking up how booked and packed it was. Once inside it was nice.

    Service was majorly slow and we wound up having to leave before my friend’s food came. The duck flat bread was really good, but the dessert was mediocre and very obviously not well defrosted. My chocolate martini was ok, but I’ve had better. This place definitely is not worth the money or the ridiculously slow service.

    Our waitress and hostess Sarah made us feel welcome and took tremendous care of us. We were celebrating some birthdays and she made sure we had a great time. We will be back.

    Atmosphere was 5 star, service was pretty good, specialty drink selection was mediocre for the prices. I would definitely come back, but I’ll stick with a basic vodka tonic.

    Had a reservation. Arrived at the restaurant only to be told they were closed for a private event. I was not communicated this by anyone prior to making the 1 hour commute. Very disappointing and poor service.

    We had a large group come in for a bachelorette party and Sarah did so amazing. We received a phone call early that morning saying there was an issue with our reservation and Sarah handled the entire situation with kindness and went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Can’t wait to come back!

    Very cool bar and very authentic experience. It’s not gimmicky at all. Our server, Heath, was attentive, knowledgeable, and easy to converse with. We loved our experience here and will definitely be coming back.

    Waitress was nice but untrained. She did not know there are different types of Bourbons, did not bring us plates for the wings. We had to get them ourselves from the cabinet behind us. Finally none of the staff was wearing a mask despite the policy noted on their website. Cool location but not the expected level of service.

    My husband and I hadn’t had a chance to go out in some time. This was and amazing 1st date all over again. The Valut had is in awe and made us fall in love all over again. We will definitely be back.

    We were celebrating some friend’s birthdays and we loved our experience! Service was a little slow but we didn’t mind too much. Drinks were amazing and the truffle fries were very good.

    Not a place to take the guys out. Hostess sat our group of 5 in a corner high table and neglected to accommodate our request for a better table. The food took well over an hour to serve small plates. The first round of drinks took over 15 minutes and subsequent drinks took similar amounts of time. It got to the point we were pre ordering drinks while our drinks were full so there was little time spent waiting with an empty glass. Food was great just felt underwhelming after the incredibly long wait. We were prepared to get a bottle but it felt wrong to celebrate at a place where we were neglected. Whatever, management had eyes overseeing operations but definitely weren’t attentive to the lack of their staff service. We joked that this place sells the wait for service as their “gimmick” felt very true. For the amount we were prepared to spend, I guess you could say the service saved us easily 50%. Great place for a drink with a date, maybe. Not a place to celebrate at all. Came here for the vault but yeah it’s overrated and won’t be recommending this place.

    Worst service ever! Had a reservation for a Saturday night. They were short staffed and took 1 hour for our table of four to receive 1 round of drinks. We then proceeded to order another as soon as they came but were informed they ran out of the ingredients for their specialty drinks. I asked for the manager and was told they were behind the bar and to busy. They even had employees saying what a joke it was with the lousy service since they were frustrated also. Stay far away from this place. They talk a big game but DONT deliver!
