Expect something completely different! We are a neighbourhood spot, yet nothing is ordinary. We specialize in Champagne & Fondue but have been known to stray... Our love is Champagne, and we love to share our passion. We have flights and one off bottles and always have something interesting lurking somewhere. The majority of our menu is gluten free and we are also very vegetarian friendly. We have an ever growing alcohol free list so you can be free to do you! We are a place that takes pride in our very specific offerings. We love what we do and how we do it. With 10 seats for regular nights around 15 people for Private Bookings, we cater to the intimate. Good: Cheese fondue was solid and the venue was very cute. You could have a conversation, and hear each other. The server was friendly and explained the menu options clearly. Some things to know: For us, the value of the "add on" items was not there (very small portions). And the sausage was more like a small peperoni stick cut up (for $10). Also, it would have been helpful to know that the drinks like the virgin espresso martini for $13 came from a can, and were not made on site. No one at the table enjoyed them. Definitely go for the standard cheese and chocolate fondue -- they are great!

What a great little venue. Food was great. Two women working we so nice and fun. Such a chill vibe with my kids eating Fondue. Would be a terrific place for a night out on a date.

My daughter and I had an absolutely lovely time with Kim! The bottomless fondue was delicious and loved the accommodations for a gluten free diet. This is my new favourite spot and I cannot wait to come back again!

The six of us enjoyed the food and the owner who served us. She was the only one there and was very busy. She really could have used some help. There was a bit of trouble with the fondue flames that kept going out and keeping up to refilling of the plates and the cheese in the 2 fondue pots for the bottomless fondues we all ordered. The mandatory tip was the highest we have seen at 20%!

Awesome venue. Very small and intimate. The fondue was delicious!! Endless for 90 mins!! 1 pot is enough I swear! Loved it! They have cool non alcoholic drinks too :)

We had a fantastic dinner last night at Varbar. Food was excellent and the perfect amount for 2 people (we ordered the feature fondue and added broccoli and charcuterie for dipping). Also did the champagne flight and then tried another Cremant, recommended by the staff. The restaurant is tiny but that’s what makes it extra special. It’s great to have a place like this in the area.
