Even though the venue was not busy, the service to bring the food out, and specially the dessert was super slow. I cannot imagine how it is, if ever, gets busy

Went for my birthday. Wasn't made to feel very special, table got moved bc other people were seated at our table. Food was great but when they ask if it is for a special occasion to 'make you feel special' they don't do anything. So not sure why they would advertise it?

Very little food for the exorbitant price. I ordered my dish with bread, but it arrived without it, just like my friend's. They also removed risotto from the menu. A very bad decision to remove it. It used to be a good restaurant, I don't know what happened. The staff who work there are very good and friendly.

Highly recommend the restaurant. Nice atmosphere and ambiance. Very conveniently located only minutes from Pitt St Mall. Food was great. Ordered pasta which arrived fairly quickly, cooked perfectly al dente and with ample delicious sauce. Others in my party ordered pizza and pasta. All the food arrived quickly and everyone was happy with their meals. Pricing was also good value although this likely reflects the modest portions which means starters are a must if you want a full meal.

Absolutely loved our dinner at Vapiano last night for my friend’s birthday! The drinks were fantastic, the pasta was fresh and delicious (and such great value), and the ambience was warm and welcoming. The staff were super attentive. Such a great spot for a fun, relaxed night out. Will definitely be back

I've had good pasta here before. This last meal, all four of us felt pasta was undercooked. Three different pastas (fettuccine, spaghetti and rigatoni) all gummy and stuck to teeth. Service was pretty good.

Pasta was terrible Overcooked & claggy. Send back & recd another one just as bad as the first pasta. Overpriced at $28, especially when my kids can cook better. Staff had no clue. Took more than 20 mins to get 2 pasta & 1 caesar salad when there was only 3 other tables. Shocking. Never go back.

Excellent seating, limited with seat backs so do ask. ordering is easy, either via a Qcode or direct with humans. Excellent choice for vegetarians, and the staff make it easy to share pizzas etc. Reasonable prices and lu8nch specials! Easy to book and plenty of room
