シェフが変わってから始めていきました。以前の相原シェフの料理も大変おいしく好きでしたが、新たに就任された大和シェフの料理も大変おいしく、大満足でした。お店の雰囲気はそのままでサービスも大変良く、再訪したいと思いました。

本当に大好きなお店です。自宅から電車で1時間半はかかりますが、それも苦にならないお店です。盛り付けの美しさには、何処か日本の美を感じます。お料理のお味も大変美味でした。濃すぎず、薄すぎず…優しめなお味に仕上がっていて、日本人にちょうど良い感じ…と言えます。お店の雰囲気良し、お料理の見た目良し、お味も最高に良し！是非、たくさんの方に行って頂きたいお店です。

友人との食事会で初ディナーしました。店内はシンプルで、落ち着いた雰囲気です。お料理は、6000円のコースで、お魚料理が多めということでロゼを一本注文しました。赤紫蘇のジュースから始まり、前菜の帆立、鯖、懐石料理をいただいているかのよう、辛口スッキリなロゼもよく合います。メインの鮎、ハトも丁寧にしっかり調理されており、盛り付けのセンスも光ります。パン、バターには黒ゴマが練り込んであり、どちらも美味でした。デセールとプチシュー、お土産のパウンドケーキも美味しいです。コーヒーがイマイチだったかな。是非また、行きたいお店です。

家族で年に数回利用しています。コースはお任せになりますが、いつ行っても旬の食材を、見た目は綺麗に、味は美味しく盛り付けた一皿が出てくるので、何が出てくるのか、どういう盛り付けで出てくるのか、味はどうか、ワクワクしながら次のお皿を待てるお店です。サービススタッフも感じよく、ゆったり寛ぎながら食事ができます。堅苦しくない雰囲気なので、多少にぎわっても大丈夫。ランチならお値段も手ごろなので、カジュアルで寛げる雰囲気の中、最高に美味しい一皿を楽しめるレストランです。

年に何度か利用していますが、そのときに食べられる旬の素材を、素晴らしく鮮やかな盛り付けと、丁寧に繊細に手が込められた優しい味にして出してくれます。目でも舌でも楽しいお皿ばかりです。

友人のお誕生日会で利用しました。最初の前菜で食べたことのないほどおいしい烏賊の一皿に驚き、お料理はすべて新鮮な美味しさでした。お店の方のサービスもとてもあたたかく心地よく、お店の雰囲気もとてもよく、さらに、お値段がリーズナブルでとても驚きました。最後にはかわいいおみやげまでいただき、すべて100点の満足度でした。どうもありがとうございました。

おいしくて、美しいお料理で、かつ、趣向も凝らされていて、ゆっくり楽しくお食事できました。舌平目や仔羊など、すべて好きな食材でしたが、加えて、野菜がとてもおいしく大満足です。パンもおいしかったです。とてもよい記念日になりました。

お料理もサービスも文句のつけようが無いお店です。料理は、ひとつひとつのお皿に工夫とサプライズがあり、シェフの素材へのこだわりは驚くべきものがあります。ホールの男性も紳士的で、閉店までねばったにも関わらず、最後まで笑顔で接していただきました。このような素敵な店なのにお値段はさほど高くないのは、庶民の町・荻窪だからでしょうか。青山や銀座にいかなくても、ここで一流の味はじゅうぶん楽しめます。みんなにあまり教えたくない名店です。
