Loved the meal, service and hospitality. On this occasion my wife asked about a meal not on the menu, and they accommodated her request without hesitation. Very pleased with Valeria restaurant. We will be back.

The restaurant was understaffed and the food did not come as we had ordered. I ordered a very crispy pizza and it came doughy. I asked them to send it back and they did crisp it up, but I shouldn't have had to send it back because I ordered it crispy. It took almost an hour to get our food. It took almost a half an hour to get our drinks. The waiter was good, but he was overwhelmed because he was the only one in the bartender was just one as well. The drinks were slow in coming. The food was very slow in coming so overall, it was not a good dining experience.

Excellent food. They also offerred a wine discount on Monday night and had music. Many restaurants are closed in Boerne on Monday's so this is a real treat to be open. Service is wonderful, attentive but not overbearing.

Excellent meal. We had the Capresse Salad which had flavorful tomatoes, followed by penne alla vodker and lasagne. Both were delicious. The lasagne wasnt overly heavy which I really liked

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Valeria and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a charming ambiance that made it the perfect place for a relaxing brunch for my daughter and I. The menu offered a fantastic variety of dishes, each one more tempting than the last. We opted for the Chilaquiles, caesar salad and the risotto fritters. Next time we will be trying the french toast, it sounded so delicious! It exceeded all expectations — the flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was stunning. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the service. Aubrey was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. She took the time to explain the specials, offered great recommendations, and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Her positive energy and attention to detail really elevated the experience, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. Overall, Valeria is a must-visit, and we’ll definitely be returning soon. Huge thanks to Aubrey for making our brunch even more enjoyable! Highly recommend!

The worst service i’ve ever experienced, with all the good reviews was excited to come with my family and celebrate my birthday. Yet when we got there our server didn’t seem to know anything about the food menu or the drink menu, when asked what beers are bottled she pointed and told us “it’s in the booklet.” For a higher scale restaurant shouldn’t the servers know what’s on their menus? She also kept disappearing for long periods of time, my mojito also took 25 minutes to come out. Just the whole experience was very scattered. Also i ordered the spicy penne vodka pasta it was terrible it had no flavor other than tomato soup and noodles. One other person ordered it at the table but they forgot the chicken when it took over 35 minutes just to receive the dish, when asked abt it they said they would make some chicken and it would only be a few minutes. (we and a table of two and a table of 3 where the only ones in the restaurant) It took about 4 minutes and the chicken was so raw i heard it still bawk. Extremely disappointed with this place. (I will say the manager came out and tried to get us to order something else to “fix” the mistake but we were already there over 2 hours so, she comped 20% off of only one persons ticket.)

Hi Megan, I, as Chef and owner, was out of the country when you dined . I am very disappointed we did not provide decent and outstanding service to your group. Especially on your birthday. We do have a lot of newer staff and I thought we were sufficiently trained to handle your table and others. But evidently not. I apologize for this mishap and will strive to do much better in the near future. I am back and will focus on using your review to better train all our staff in how to provide better service and better cooking techniques.
