    Valentia is like fine dining in jeans, upscale and hip but casual and with a fairly young crowd, but also welcoming to seniors. Kimmy is a star, very attentive and any smart diner will asked to be seated among her tables.

    My 2 dining companions had very good dishes. Pain Tomaquet Con Iberia and the other dish was the Arroz Del Senyoret. Unfortunately I ordered the Wienerschnitzl. The pork was pounded so thin it was almost too tough to eat. Way overcooked and very pricey. I called attention to this to our waitress and she agreed as she had this dish before. As with many of these eclectic restaurants... not a good value for the money. I most likely will not return .

    Excellent food! We’ll definitely be coming back. Like almost all restaurants these days, it is noisy.

    Food-service are excellent. Never disappointedly. There was a big party (16?) on the patio at the long table, so loud we could barely hear each other.

    This is my second time dining at Valentina. Maybe because it was a busy Friday but based on this experience I probably won't go back. The food was not as good, the table service was not nearly as professional and the noise level was so high we couldn't hear each other. Based on this dining experience I probably won't go back. I don't mind paying a lot for a great meal but it's difficult when it's not.

    Another fun dining experience at Valentina. We sat outside, on the sidewalk, as the interior of the restaurant is very noisy. We managed the train horn, no problem. At first, I thought we were forgotten, as we were the only ones sitting outside. We arrived at 5:30, for the last half hour of happy hour. Eventually, we were met, and our server took our order. The HH tapas menu is satisfactory, but I have to say that a proper chardonnay would be appreciated , (especially on the regular menu). The white option was ok and $5.00. So, we liked that, but would have ordered off the regular priced menu if there had been chardonnay. We also ordered off the main menu: mussels, shrimp and artichokes. Tapas made a perfect meal!

    We went on a Tuesday night and it was very busy and very loud. Cute though. It to over 15 minutes for a server to get our drink order. Bottles of wine were 25% off so that was good. We first got smashed artichokes which looked beautiful but were very bland. Then we got the octopus which was mostly great but a little chewy. We got the sea bass which was good but a little overcooked. I would like to try it again and hope for better as the reviews are so good.
