   We came here for our anniversary expecting it to be a pleasant experience based on the amazing reviews we read! The host that checked us in was very sweet. Unfortunately, once we were seated, it took 15 or so minutes before we were waited on. Our waitress was a bit short with us and was not very helpful. The tapas were good, but the main dishes were not anything to write home about, especially for the price.

   Fantastic dinner and service. We don't come here often, but when we do, we expect and receive delicious food and attentive care from the staff. Can't wait to return and try different menu items.

   We love this place! We have visited this area every year from Colorado for the past 3 years and this restaurant has become one of favorites. The staff is great and the food is excellent.

   Our waitress was fabulous and very attentive. We forget her name but shoutout. Had dirty blonde hair and her suggestions were ::chefs kiss:: Food We had sausage, bread, octopus, crudo, seabass, seafood rice. Had basque cake and fried dough as it was my partner’s bday. The octopus and crudo were our favourite. Sea bass was okay, too much dill and hard to finish Atmosphere The entire vibe set up back into Spain. It was so cute and the candles were adorable. We sat at the patio inside(outside). Bathroom was a vibe and appreciated the plants

   Could not have had a better experience. The atmosphere, service, food, and drink were all 10/10! We came here for my wife's birthday and we both agreed there's not a spot we would have rather gone. Valentina is our new favorite restaurant in north county! (David S. was our server and he could not have been a better blend of professional, knowledgeable and fun. He was amazing)

    Valentina never disappoints. My absolute favorite restaurant. Perfect combination of relaxed but delicious food, cocktails, wine and personable professional service.
