   We love this place! We have visited this area every year from Colorado for the past 3 years and this restaurant has become one of favorites. The staff is great and the food is excellent.

   Our waitress was fabulous and very attentive. We forget her name but shoutout. Had dirty blonde hair and her suggestions were ::chefs kiss:: Food We had sausage, bread, octopus, crudo, seabass, seafood rice. Had basque cake and fried dough as it was my partner’s bday. The octopus and crudo were our favourite. Sea bass was okay, too much dill and hard to finish Atmosphere The entire vibe set up back into Spain. It was so cute and the candles were adorable. We sat at the patio inside(outside). Bathroom was a vibe and appreciated the plants

   Could not have had a better experience. The atmosphere, service, food, and drink were all 10/10! We came here for my wife's birthday and we both agreed there's not a spot we would have rather gone. Valentina is our new favorite restaurant in north county! (David S. was our server and he could not have been a better blend of professional, knowledgeable and fun. He was amazing)

   Valentina never disappoints. My absolute favorite restaurant. Perfect combination of relaxed but delicious food, cocktails, wine and personable professional service.

   Food was exceptional! We tried many tapas and shared two appetizers for our party of 4. Our ONLY complaint was everything came out fast!… and pretty much all at once!! Server asked if he could bring food when ready… we should have said no, please space it out. But overall, a very lovely, fun and delicious meal.

   Cute place with well designed decor. Friendly and helpful staff that were attentive, but not bothersome. Food was excellent and definitely made it worth the drive. We will definitely be returning.

   We discovered Valentina's when we were searching for tappas after our visit to Spain. They have a great selection and everything has been delicious. Nice selection of cocktails and good Old Fashions. Hard to get reservations so plan ahead.

    We always enjoy our time at Valentina. Depending on where you sit, it may be very loud but the vibe is European and that’s part of the deal. My favorite is the tomato bread 😬 add jamon.
