    The brunch buffet is VERY limited. I guess I’m not sure it even qualifies for brunch or a buffet as compared with typical norms. Eggs (scrambled only) and kinda wet, potatoes (one type, good), bacon/sausage, pancakes (obviously had laid in roaster for too long, some hard on edges) soft cakes tasted ok. Mixed fruit, picked out some moldy pieces. I’m sure if you ordered off the menu food would be ok, but I wouldn’t go back or recommend brunch. In fact, they shouldn’t even bother with the “brunch buffet”, cut your losses.

    Had you ad reflected the food you actually have I might have considered going. But instead after making the reservation, I got a email confirmation with a totally different menu. When I called to inquire, I was told that your webpage isn’t up to date. I made another reservation at a reputable restaurant that actually sells what they advertise. Spent well over $300.00 but didn’t mind since we were able to order what we were looking for.

    Delicious assortment of breakfast and dinner options. Wonderful dessert table that included mini bites of several different desserts. Overall, we enjoyed the Easter buffet.

    I found the food to be mediocre, and there was very little champagne in the Mimosas. Cut desserts were dry. Service was excellent. Highly doubtful that I will dine here again for a holiday brunch.

    Had a reservation for 7pm on Valentines Day. We were recognized and my wife was handed a rose, we were seated immediately. Initial impression was fantastic - the lights were dim and a pianist/singer with stand bass player were playing and singing soft music - just wonderful ambience. After two songs it was time for their break, unfortunate timing, but ok, everyone needs a break. They came back after a bit and played some more, but before we had finished our meal (right at 8pm), they packed up and left and the restaurant turned the house lights up…. like shows over time for everyone to go home. Huh?!? Very un-romantic finish to our Valentines Day meal. Food was good, for me - decent filet that needed more seasoning but very tender. But the limited VDay menu (beef, chicken, pork) was difficult for my wife…. She is pescatarian (eats fish, but no meat). We were surprised to not see a salmon, mahi-mahi or similar option on the menu. So she ended up eating fried fish tacos off the bar menu - for an extra cost. Next question for this survey asks if I would recommend this restaurant to a friend…. And I guess my answer to that would be that there are other places I would recommend before this restaurant. And I wouldn’t necessarily discourage someone from going here, I would just help my friend lower their expectations if they did.

    I am vegetarian. They refused to serve any food as the special menu did not have any vegetarian entry. They told us to go somewhere else! I cannot imagine such unprofessional behavior. We have never experienced this in Fargo during the last 20 years.

    We were the only ones seated for dinner and it took a long time for our food. The waitress didn't come back to check on us. The steaks ordered medium rare were medium well and took 25 minutes to remake. The other entrees were so small they looked like they were ordered on the kids menu.

    Good food and variety. Wish drinks were brought to your table for you. Can be tough going back and forth not only for food but also all drinks (water, coffee and juice) especially with kids. Would have also loved to be offered a mimosa. Beautiful facility but lots of spray bottles, cleaning rags and clearing stations in plain sight multiple places. Kinda ruins the overall experience.

    Food was great, it was our first time there so didn't know what to expect with the brunch buffet. Other than being seated and brought our bill no one came to our table to see if we needed anything (i.e. drinks that were not on the buffet). They were friendly though. Overall was still a good experience.

    The food was good. Not everything was hot and we did wait for refills on drinks at first. There was only 2 servers for bar and restaurant so they were busy but did figure out a system and were able to keep refills coming. I'm assuming the kitchen had the same issues with help and that is why some of our food was not hot. All in all, it was a good meal and I would eat there again. My only recommendation would be to add more seafood to the menu.

    When we arrived, it was clear we did not need a reservation as there were not many people there. That should have been the first sign. We were met with poor service from the moment we were seated. So much so, that we did not eat and chose to leave. We won’t even get into the lack of presentation for the buffet.

    Was unaware that the restaurant was going to be closed Mother's Day, and instead there was a buffet set up in the conference room. Took almost a half an hour to get in and didn't realize the cashier was set up in a room past the entrance. Food was pretty good actually as far as buffets go, though there were some empty platters. Everything was self-serve. Went to pay on the way out and found that it was $45 a plate. Would like to give the actual restaurant a shot, but I don't think we'll be back.

    Mother’s Day brunch, very little coordination. No signage other than a check in direction. Ended up standing in the wrong line for ten minutes to find I had to leave my family to get in another line to register and pay. People entering and exiting through the same door causing congestion. Seemed like the first time they’ve ever tried this. Food was not worth the price charged.

    Very good Easter Brunch. Good selection of food and staff was very accomodating, Spoke with 2 staff there during brunch who could not have been nicer. We were lucky to have gotten there earlier than the "after church rush" so was immediately seated. Note, the Brunch was in a large conference room but really had no effect on meal. One of the best dessert options I have seen at a brunch. Only thing we really didin't like was the cheesy hashbrowns which had onion powder in them that was a bit too much, but probably a matter of personal taste. Based on other reviews, our experience might have been better than most but I would go back. Also, they had an Easter Bunny walking around which the kids loved.

    A friend and I met for Sunday brunch and was delighted by quiet atmosphere (we could talk casually without having to raise our voices to be heard) and the wonderful selection of food. We especially enjoyed the baked French Toast, the omelet station, and a nice variety of pastries and desserts. Thanks for a relaxing and delicious meal.

    The website advertised Brunch with “made to order” omelets, etc. as well as the ability to order off the menu. Neither were allowed. For. $25 brunch there should be more that 1 choice of eggs, hard waffles (that looked like there were bought pre made and NO inclusion of a single cocktail. It was too expensive for the food choices. I DO NOT recommend Urban 42 for BRUNCH. What a let down.

    Very good food with many options to choose. The server seemed overworked, and it did show. It felt more like a hotel breakfast buffet than a standalone restaurant and bar, but still very nice. Also, decent prices for the all the options provided.

    During our stay at the Delta Hotel we had dinner and breakfast at Urban 42. Both meals were delicious. The fish tacos were amazing! I highly recommend this restaurant!

    We ate at the Mother's Day buffet at 1 p.m. The only fruit they had were chocolate dipped strawberries and grapefruit. Supposed to be a tray of fresh fruits. Later they brought a bowl of cantaloupe and one of honeydew. The desserts were great and the hot food was good also except for the meat. The pork loin was so dry thinly cut so was hard to swallow and tough. The chicken also was dry also but at least had something moist over it. They seemed too short-staffed also for waiting tables. Was not what I expected for $32.

    To put it simply, the food was subpar, both in quality and in type selection. I sent my wife and mother-in-law here for Mother's Day brunch and hearing their report, I completely regret this decision. Not worth the money or disappointment

    Mother's day brunch. First, our table was directly in front of where people walk in to be seated. It's not comfortable to have people watching you eat while they are waiting to be sat. Second, service was not great at all. Is water the only thing we could order non alcoholic? Still don't know because we were never formally greated by a server. Ran out out of water and took awhile to get refills. Maybe they are understaffed? Lastly, the food was very disappointing. The only breakfast option was scrambled eggs. Thats it! Donuts and fruit don't count, which they had. We had five kids with us ages from 5-16 and they barely ate anything. Simple dishes for the kids would not be a stretch. The room was nice, the two host ladies were nice. For the amout of money I spent I know there are better options.

    We had a horrible experience. We waited 20 minutes before anyone came to our table. After we got our drinks, it took over an hour for us to get our food. When our food came out, it was wrong. There were people around us that arrived after us, ordered before us, and got their food much before we did. The restaurant was not busy. Some tables had multiple waiters and would repeat “have you been helped?”. We will not be back.

    My husband and I arrived in time for our 6:30 reservation and we took about 10 minutes to figure out what we wanted and it took about an hour to get our food our waitress not once asked how our food was or refill our drinks. The hostess was not wearing a mask and she was getting in close proximity to customers. Service was rude as hell. Food tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp. My husbands burger was so salty he could only eat half of it my fillet was over cooked. Took another 20 minutes to get desert a tiny chocolate lava cake that im sure was microwaved. 10/10 would not recommend.
