There seemed to be only one server and it was father's day. Other people were just cleaning glass's and the manger never did anything to help the server at all. The sweet potato fries were burnt and they messed up a simple plain kids burger and it took forever to get a new one out leaving a small child waiting until almost everyone else was done eating before they got their food. Instead of wanting to make things right the manager wanted to argue about things. The server was great, but can't run the whole place alone.

The atmosphere and the food was great. While we had a large party, we did have reservations so were expecting us. Our waitress was great but I think the service was very slow as she was also bartenders and seemed to be waiting on all the tables.

The wait staff were having a staff meeting in the middle of dinner service, leaving us to wait a long time for drinks and food orders. Orders were wrong with zero apologies. It was the worst service the 6 of us have ever had. Will not return to the Upper Deck.

We done here often and always enjoy it. The food is really good, service is perfect. I love the sunset views and casual tavern atmosphere.

Took a very very long time for food and drinks. When my meal arrived, it was cold as if it has been sitting for a while. Appetizer arrived at the same time as time and was also cold.

We didn’t end up eating there because they didn’t have a table available for us even though we had a reservation. They told us that they hadn’t been paying attention to reservations and had just been sitting walk-ins. Our wait was going to be a half hour.

We enjoyed the Upper Deck and will be back. The food is delicious—our group of six ordered burgers, sandwiches, salads, and appetizers. Our only "issue" is that the food was a little slow to come out of the kitchen. Our server was attentive, though, and we didn't feel rushed. The atmosphere is inviting, and the view adds to the overall experience.
