Understaffed, bland and soggy pasta, burned sirloin tips, unremarkable salad. The sirloin tips were inedible because they were burned into little lumps of charcoal. Had requested medium. Ambience was rather depressing, nothing like it had been in the past. Only positive thing were the cocktails, so I guess that’s some thing.

We got seated right away with our Open Table reservation. We waited about 10 minutes before the waitress came over. One of the St Patrick’s Day special’s was steak tips with onions and mushrooms over mashed potatoes. The dish was very good and a very good value. The waitress gave us great service once she greeted us and took our order.

Our server gave us excellent service. Everything came out in a very timely manner. The cocktails and the top sirloin were very good. Good size Caesar salads came out before the entree as requested. Overall a very enjoyable and delicious meal.

One of the worst dining experiences - not welcoming no checkin. The online menu is not linked to the actual order and waiting people working there were so non-attentive. Ordered some wine and never showed up. Onion soup was a salt to death liquid that no one should drink. Takes forever to get a check and pay even though I asked to process right away when I received the check. Will never ever go back to this restaurant again.

The build your own pizza was very good. We chose the deep dish and chose 3 toppings. The harpoon keg ran out and we got 1 glass instead of 2. The waitress gave us very good service. We always enjoy returning to Uno’s.

We got the Valentine's Day special for 2 and it was a very good deal. I had the salmon, and my husband ordered the chicken. It came with an appetizer (we ordered the artichoke dip) and desert (brownie sundae).

UNO’s is a great place to gather with friends and family. Our Open Table reservation got us right in with a table all ready for us. The menu offers many choices to satisfy all ages. We enjoyed great service, drinks and food.

The place was fairly empty for a late Sunday afternoon. Had a make-your-own Pasta meal with Sausage and 3 veggies. Chose Rigatoni Mushrooms Artichokes and Roasted Red Peppers. Meal was huge but no mushrooms! Waitperson apologized, but no mushrooms arrived.

Food was excellent. Chicken Parm on Thursdays is an excellent value. Sitting outside was cold but it was our choice. Took until we were leaving to turn a heater on was the only drawback. Will go back - just dress better. Server was excellent.

Note: This review is written during the COVID-19 pandemic. I've been here a few dozen times and it's been good. The decor is nice, full of nice colors around the bar area and food is always delicious. Due to the pandemic and social distancing, the place was so depressing on October 12th, 2020. There was one man that was hosting, seating and our waiter - I felt so bad for him. The food was still delicious and I ended up tipping him 40%. Otherwise this is a clean, nice place to have dinner, drinks and watch sports on the several TV's that they have at the bar (whenever it opens again!).

Unos has always been a great place to dine; in the age of "corona" I missed a few things (e.g. salt, pepper shakers, ziosk, bread which was always served with entrees) but I wasn't disappointed with the food which is always tasty and cooked well. Also, the service is good with excellent oversight by the managers.

Uno's food is always the same. Good variety of things. Good flavorful food. Our server was definitely overworked appeared to have a lot of tables. Allison did an awesome job she was friendly, and catered to all of our needs and requests. We are regular patrons to Uno's and service like this night keeps you coming back.

As an "Unos Insider," I had received a birthday coupon for a free dessert at Unos. Unos is our go-to local place when we're looking for a tasty but unfussy meal and a draft beer, and we were glad to discover that they're now accepting reservations via OpenTable. We started with a couple of cold drafts from Uno's rotating craft beer menu, and then shared a tasty chopped salad with grilled chicken and a wild mushroom and aged cheddar pizza from Uno's new "De-Lites" menu (hard to believe they can squeeze so much deliciousness into a 600-calorie pizza). Thoughts of calories were put on hold for our once-a-year, much anticipated "Deep Dish Sundae," garnished with a candle and delivered along with a staff-performed birthday song, to finish things off. Daphney provided awesome, attentive and entertaining service throughout our very enjoyable meal.

Have been a longtime customer for both small and large groups. Held a birthday dinner for 12 on Friday evening that was horrible. No set ups at the table; repeated requests for silver and napkins resulted in a couple of forks, knives and napkins, then nothing. We had to ask to have water glasses removed from the table three times -- there were 12 of them, unused, leaving little room for food. Same for pizza plates, given to everyone -- still with no utensils -- when only 4 people ordered pizza. Food service was glacially slow. After taking our orders, our waitress vanished. One of us walked the restaurant floor and we couldn't find her. Someone else delivered the food. Two orders were made incorrectly and the order for one member of the party was never entered, so she had to wait 15 minutes after everyone else had food to receive hers. We still did not have enough flatware or napkins when the food was delivered. I ordered pizza. It's a good thing it is delivered right from the oven because I had to wait 10 minutes (no exaggeration) to receive a fork, at which point someone dropped of a literal pile of napkins, forks and knives on the table. Our waitress resurfaced after everyone was done with entrees. We ordered dessert because it was a birthday celebration. 6 scoops of vanilla ice cream, 3 slices of cake, and one mini brownie sundae took 20 minutes. To add insult to injury, the manager on duty came by as we were eating dessert with a way too cheerful, "How was everything? All good?" I wasn't willing to make a scene at that point. Never again. I work in the restaurant business, so I know how hard it can be. This was inexcusable.
