Our server, Luke, was excellent. He was very attentive to our requests. Delightful dinner experience this evening.

Sorry to say tonight’s dinner was not good. The steak looked and tasted like shoe leather. It was very dry. The server forgot the soup. The trout was over cooked and served barely warm. The Brussels sprouts were burnt to a crisp, beyond recognition. The rice was good, but again not even warm. It took a half hour to receive this main course. The New England chowder was excellent and hot. The best part of meal was the soup.

Our server was excellent. The food would have been better if served hot. It was warm. Too cool to melt butter. The serving sizes have shrunk. Disappointing when you only get 4 small flower tops of broccoli as a side dish.

We waited an hour after we placed our order to receive our food. The food was not hot, but barely warm. Within minutes of delivery, the food was too cool to even melt butter. My husband knocked over his full beverage. No one came over to help. He cleaned the sticky beverage up himself, then moved over to the other side of the table. Never a word from our server. Very disappointing experience. There were 3 of us for dinner and all 3 of our dinners were cool. Our guest’s baked potato was not even warm.

Swordfish perfect, as always. 60 points for the 4 of us. We 'spent' 77. Just saying. :)

Our server appeared flumoxed, perhaps because it appeared that he was trying to serve three tables seated at about the same time. He was either poorly prepared or poorly trained. Delivered two salads as ordered, but no appetizer. Did not come back to check on us until reminded of the necessity. It took a long time for our entrees to arrive. He said the kitchen was behind although the restaurant was emptying. One steak ordered rare, one medium rare. Order delivered (both rare) without determining who had which and without asking. Ordered coffee with desert - forgot the coffee. I asked to have my guests covered by my points - both were billed to my account and he never asked for a signature.
