   Had a great birthday celebration with my family. Our server was super friendly and attentive, the food was great, and the happy hour specials were on point. Thanks for the wonderful evening!

   This pub still has some work to do in terms of streamlining its menu and operations. Our table of seven received multiple variations of the same menu, which should be an easy fix with proper oversight. While our server was friendly and accommodating, she repeatedly had to explain issues with the menu, the beer selection, and the payment system—none of which were her fault. Instead, these recurring problems point to a lack of strong leadership, effective training, and operational efficiency. When staff have a rehearsed response for everything that isn’t working, it signals deeper management concerns. The transition from Common Crown to the new Union Pub brand doesn’t seem fully realized, leaving customers confused about the identity and offerings of the establishment. Bridgeland is eager for a well-run pub with great service, a clear menu, and a reliable experience. With some decisive leadership and operational improvements, this place has the potential to be exactly that.

   Patrick, surprised this is so different from your feedback at our social room that night. Maybe some background can clarify any confusion. None of our staff have any rehearsed responses. Our goal is to provide genuine, top notch service. We haven't had any recurring issues to date, beer, payments, or others to prepare responses for. Also, there was no transition from Common Crown to Union pub. We only changed our name to better reflect our concept we decided to bring to Bridgeland in Nov 2024 & remove confusion with other concepts & the misperception of our affiliation with others incl Common Crown Brewing Co. We hope this info will encourage you to visit & appreciate our unique concept. We welcome you to inquire & share your feedback with us directly next time you visit.

   First time visit to this new restaurant in Bridgeland. Service from the hostess and servers was fantastic. Very attentive and we didn't have to wait long for anything. I had the beer battered fish tacos and my friend had the Montreal smoked meat eggrolls. Both dishes were tasty and service was fast. Side dishes are extra but I didn't miss not having one. I would do a return visit as it looks like a lot of good items on the menu to try out.

   We celebrated St Patrick 4 adults and two toddlers . The staff was very accommodating from the hostess to our server ( Australian girl ) everyone was friendly. The food was really good and we had a great time . Highly recommend this place .

   I arrived on time for my reservation but waited about 30 minutes for my companions. My friendly server was great during the wait, I didn’t feel any pressure. The menu is succinct and manageable, a little bit of everything but fits on one page. I had the maple chipotle brussel sprouts and they were amazing! We had an old fashioned and two of their signature cocktails (both the bourbon sours). Very well done and nicely presented. Ashley was our server and her demeanor, attentiveness, and easy conversation was a treat. Our water glasses were always full and we were never in need of a thing. After we paid our bill, another server (Anna) even came and checked on us in case we wanted to sit longer. So nice! If this is the standard for service, food, and experience at this new neighborhood pub, they will be very successful. I certainly hope they are!

    Nice new pub in Bridgeland. Food and drinks were good, staff was friendly. The place was packed but it wasn’t noisy, we could easily chat with everyone at our table. I appreciate the extensive mocktail list and non alcoholic wine choices. Will definitely be going back.
