    Not good. Ran out of cold food. Took forever to get seated despite reservation prepaid Mother’s Day buffet. 60 dollars a person was WAY overpriced for what it was even if it was warm food and nice.

    We loved everything about Union 30. We had not been before so it was a wonderful surprise. The brunch had a huge selection and was delicious. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The ambience was elegant. We will definitely return!

    Reserved a table for ten weeks ahead of time. Two other tables of ten but they said they had two give us two tables. Food was terrible! Did not look at all like the pictures. Food overpriced and service was poor.

    A must-stop place for cocktails and ambience. However, if stopping in for dinner, it's a bit lack luster. The food is okay, but not anything outstanding. We were one of two tables in the restaurant - this may have been because it was a Monday night, but still very quiet. Overall, I got to experience it but would probably not go again.

    We went in for the Easter buffet and everything was wonderful. I was nervous because of the reviews I read beforehand, but our experience was totally different. The service was great, the General Manager came by to check, the food was amazing. The hotel is so beautiful and all of their employees are super friendly as we were coming in and out of the restaurant. Highly recommend!!

    We booked a table for 4 for Easter Brunch, when we arrived they only had seating for two. This was remedied, but from that point on we received zero customer service. Plates were left on our table and the manager was a bit rude. Overall the Easter buffet was not worth the cost.

    Our waitress Michelle was exceptional. She greeted us quickly, kept our drinks full, offered suggestions, and thorough with placing our order. The deserts were wonderful.

    On arrival we were informed that there was only one waitress for the whole restaurant. I felt sorry for her. She worked hard but was overwhelmed and obviously inexperienced. Food was mediocre.

    I booked and pre-paid for the Valentine’s Day dinner experience, after waiting over an hour for water and menus, my date and I walked out. There were no servers in the area, no one was being waited on. This is without a doubt the absolute worst dining experience I have ever had. I returned to the restaurant to speak with a manager, who was “unavailable”, I left my contact information and still haven’t heard anything.

    The servers were great this evening, they prepared our table upon arrival. The server stayed on top of our drinks and helped us order. After ordering, we patiently waited for our meals, and it was well worth the wait. We enjoyed each course more than the previous, and the servers took great care in our needs from then on.

    We were left sitting at our table for 90+ minutes and never saw one crumb of food. After taking our order, our server NEVER came back to our table once - not even one time - to check on us. We arrived slightly early, so we had even gotten seated just ahead of our 7:30 reservation, but then once it was after 9:00 we simply had to leave and go scare up some dinner elsewhere. This was just the most absolutely unacceptable, worst treatment I have EVER received in ANY eating establishment ANYWHERE. Just completely ruined our Valentine's Day. Unbelievable. Somebody here, I don't know who, but somebody "running" this joint should really be ashamed. Even someone just checking in on us ONCE and explaining that you were backed up, or running behind, might have helped a little here. Or at least just getting the "Starters" out to us. For example, I can't in my wildest dreams imagine how it was impossible to get just three shrimp and a potato cake out to our table within 90 minutes, even if the rest were going to be delayed. At that point, even some complimentary bread or cheese plate or something that didn't even involve being cooked might have been appropriate. Words just escape me for what an utter and complete disaster you have here that you are portraying as a food restaurant. Please stop. Stop trying to take people's money when you simply cannot deliver. Getting ALL my money back on this, and would NEVER EVER step foot in there again. THIS was a whole new level of NON-service that I have never seen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ATTEMPTING TO EAT AT THIS PLACE. Just mind-boggling. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

    Food took over 1 hr to be served. Upon our request for some bread or something while we waited for our food, the server brought crackers with butter. Strange combination. Very slow service. Quantity and quality of food not as expected. Prices are high. Floor under the table was dirty. We had 11 people in our party and we were all dissatisfy with our dinner and service.

    When I ordered the calamari, I did not expect it to be spicy, which it was but not unpleasant. I requested cocktail sauce which was actually pictured on the menu, and the server brought two little tins of tartar sauce. He said “that’s what the chef told him to bring. I had also ordered a medium rare ribeye with horseradish sauce. I got a somewhat undercooked piece of meat and no horseradish sauce. I requested the sauce and the server brought a little tin of just horseradish-no sauce. Again, the server just said “that’s what the chef told me to bring “. I understand that there was also a wedding party taking place in the ballroom but for the prices, the whole experience was unpleasant and unprofessional. We are never going back and we are giving a poor review.

    The best thing was the service. They went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. A group of attentive beautiful people. The food was good, not much selection but what I had was delicious. Overall a great experience in a hectic day!!

    Anniversary dinner and booked on OpenTable. Thank you to the restaurant for easily adjusting our reservation. Vanessa was our server and did good for us. Ordered the filet and the New York strip. Both steaks were undercooked. Sent mine back and they torched it up to well done making it not good at all. Ambiance was good as was the service.

    This place has the WORSE service. We had 6pm reservation. Showed up 10 minutes and stood at the host stand for 20. We had to flag down someone and they came 5 minutes later. When the “host” showed up they said they were sitting the bigger table that showed up AFTER us before us. Then 10 minutes later came to us and asked us where the rest of our group was. I said we have 3 not 4 and he said “I have to go talk to the kitchen to see if this will work because we were expecting a bigger party and we are swamped.” He didn’t come back for 10 minutes. We left and went and got pizza & salad nearby. We must not of been the only ones frustrated because the people that were standing in line behind us for their 6:30 reservation showed up at the pizza place also. I can’t speak to the food but I can speak to the customer service and if I could give it a 0 on everything I would.

    Our party of four has exemplary service, and the food was mostly great, with only a few, very minor missteps. The parmesan "crisp" on the Caesar salad wasn't so crisp, but the salad was otherwise delicious. The Berkshire pork chops were very tasty, with one maybe just a little overcooked. A fine experience overall.

    Came in and wasn’t greeted by anyone. 10 minutes later we’re greeted, but told all of them are only days old hired so to be patient. We then sit down at the bar. It takes 20 minutes for the bartender to be called from downstairs. This bartender had a RBF and didn’t do anything to seem hospitable. She was very short, not attentive, didn’t give us refills, didn’t check in to see if we were doing ok, etc. when we we obviously done with our meals she didn’t come over to ask us how everything was, didn’t offer boxes, didn’t give us the check. It took us another 10 minutes to flag her down, keep in mind we were the ONLY people at the bar. The other servers were attending their tables and the 3-4 people at the Hotel St. Louis check in desk saw we were trying to get her attention. None of them came over to help even though they all had walkie-talkies and were obviously some sort of management. When we were able to flag her down she nonchalantly gave us the check and we left. No tip no regrets. Will NEVER come back. NEVER go here.

    We made reservations for Mother’s Day… A very special day… When we walked into the restaurant, you could tell something was wrong. None of the tables were dressed and there was no one there except a couple of people around the bar. We mentioned to the bartender that we had reservations for dinner and we were informed that there was no staff, and no chef!! Being that it was Mother’s Day, there was no possibilities of us getting a table at any other restaurant!! Extremely upsetting! They could have at the very least called us to let us know that there was no chef that day and we might’ve been able to find something else!! I would absolutely not ever recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!!

    Not the best part of town, not sure this is located in a safe area — mentioning this because I needed to park in a unlit parking garage with no employees. Overstressed servers, looked understaffed. Waited 15 minutes even with a reservation. Would maybe try again since food was excellent at least

    Mother’s Day Brunch - What a disaster! First of all we waited over half an hour to be seated for our reservation. The table clothes were not changed between each group and we were sat at a clearly dirty table. I almost dropped my daughter due to tripping on the oversized table clothes not only at my table but the table next to us - they drug on the ground and were clearly not meant for the tables. Drinks were served in plastic cups and some had plastic utensils as well while others had glass drinking cups and normal utensils. There was a wait for clean plates for the buffet. The food on the buffet was undesirable - from the appearance to the taste it was all awful. The staff was nice but couldn’t keep up with anything. Especially the cleanliness of the buffet area. This small lobby restaurant was in no way capable of handling the Holiday and it was a complete letdown. My family will not be back - ever! We pre-paid over $200 to eat cold bagels, a few pieces of fruit and have a couple mimosa’s and a Diet Coke. The mimosas were mostly orange juice too.

    Where do I start? We had a pre-paid reservation for 8 people. When we got to the restaurant, there was a very long line. After waiting 20 minutes, they told us they had NO food and no table for 8. They had no idea how long it would be before they could seat us. We were told we could get a refund. My husband walked through the restaurants, while we were waiting on noticed there were lots of tables for 2 and there was food on the buffet. Not sure if it was a wait staff issue, a kitchen issue or ?? After 45 minutes, we left. Would not recommend to anyone and definitely will not return.

    Have been here twice and both times have been absolutely horrible. The service is the worst and we will not be going back. Mother's Day was a joke, they were not prepared for the reservations that were made.

    I didn’t like the server asking if I prepaid for my food. I was trying to do something nice for my Mother for Mother’s Day and the experience was ruined when I was asked at least three times if I prepaid for my food and I notice the server didn’t ask anyone else. I won’t be back. The food was ok, but I wouldn’t recommend or come back because of this experience.
