Interesting concept, excellent food served in tapas-style approach. However, the wine offer was only moderate and temperature of red wines by far to warm.

My husband and I planned to go to uncork before dinner for our 14th anniversary. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed there instead of going to dinner. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. We enjoyed tasting the different wines. The charcuterie and fromage was amazing. If you are there for dessert you have to try the Oreo Bomb. It was amazing. We will definitely be bringing our friends back.
