    We had some issues with the noise due to my father-in-law having a hearing aid but the staff was very eager to accommodate our request for a quieter area. Very kind!

    It was so cold, we asked to have the thermostat adjusted but that never happened. The floors around the kitchen area were extremely slippery.

    Worse service ever. Ordered a Coke and we had to ask the server to bring it after 10 minutes of waiting for it. Then we waited and our order came out. Not only was it the wrong order, the steak and chicken looked dried out. Don't know how anything tasted because there was no silverware and the server couldn't be found ( different person brought the order out). We're not paying good money for lackluster service and food sitting under a heat lamp

    Pricey, for what you get. Dirty utensils, Cocktails served without straws and garnish. I was not wowed at all.

    We found our previous lunch experience to be MUCH better than our last dinner experience. Dinner was WAY too loud. We waited in the bar for 30 mins at a bar table and the waitress actually IGNORED us twice when we tried to hail her down for a drink. We ordered at the bar and I asked 2 people to help bring our drinks to the table, and neither of the 2 I asked, which included the manager, did anything to help. THe food is fine. The tortillas are better at Lunch time, when the lil mexican lady is there to make them and the guacamole.

    I always take my out-of-town guests to Uncle Julio’s, and they love it. Friday night, very busy, of course, and our waitress was adorable and upbeat, but service a little slow. Perhaps she was overburdened with tables?

    My mom suggested Uncle Julio’s as where she would like to go for her birthday dinner. She and my dad had been before and raves about it, but this was my first time. WOW — SO GREAT! Everything is made from scratch every day. The strawberry margarita... OH MY GOODNESS. The margaritas at your local Mexican restaurant will never compare. The whole time I couldn’t wait to bring my husband back to try! Great great food, great service, great experience! A must go!

    Our server had way too many tables. We had to ask multiple times for items such as refills, silverware and our check. We had to speak with the manager because our appetizer got lost in the kitchen. This is very abnormal for this location. I’ve been dining at this location since it opened. I hope it was just one bad night. I saved the servers name and will definitely request a different server in the future.

    The floors!!!!! They are so slippery that the 4 women in my party all felt like they were going to slip & fall. There is no reason why your customers have to hold on to each other to walk to or from their table. This really needs to be addressed. Food & service was good, although a little pricey. Salsa is the best I’ve ever had, I may need to get a job there just to grab that recipe!

    Server Greg was positive and full of energy. We eat here often and his enthusiasm made for a positive experience. Food is good and a bit pricey but we like the place and will be back. Thanks for a nice night.

    Best meal I have had there in a while. Enchiladas were amazing and chips and salsa were great also. Love the atmosphere there and love being able to make reservations on OpenTable in advance because Uncle Julio's often has a line of people waiting at the prime dining hours.

    The food is very good and very fresh. The cuisine is basically a fancier/higher quality version of the Mexican food we’ve all had. The service is very good and the salsa is the freshest I’ve ever had. Be sure to get the chocolate piñata!

    I had the bowl of chicken tortilla soup. The bowl was small and there was one bite of chicken in it. The food family members ate looked very good and they were very satisfied. I am hard of hearing and wear hearing aids but the noise level was great enough I could hear or be heard by the family members across the table from me in a booth. The chocolate Lovers piñata was the star of the meal and I will likely come back just for the fun of desert.

    I was disappointed with the fish taco entree. The fish was over cooked and the fish portion was very thin. Otherwise I believe the rest of the party was satisfied with their food. The service was acceptable for a busy restaurant. This is my third visit and I expect to return again.

    Gave advance notice we were celebrating a birthday, but it was not acknowledged. Service was slow. I received my filet fajitas, but no tortillas. The waiter took close to 5-10 minutes to check on us to discover I didn’t have tortillas. The chef was great and offered to cook a new filet, but my family was almost finished with their meal. I didn’t want to wait any longer. The waiter barely checked on us, then just brought the check without asking if we needed anything. The sole reason we were there was to celebrate a birthday and order the dessert!

    We always enjoy this restaurant. The fajitas are top quality and prepared perfectly. I particularly like the grilled bacon wrapped shrimp. The Tex-Mex options are varied, well prepared, and delicious. Extensive bar offerings.

    I would rate this restaurant as just OK. On the expensive side for Mexican type food that I didn't think was as good as what I usually get for much less at lower key Mexican restaurants. You're paying for the upscale ambiance here. The sides of beans and rice were particularly poor taste/quality.

    We had reservations for 5:30. Arrived at 5pm and was told it would be an hour wait, I then told her we had reservations for 5:30 and she said oh ok. It will be closer to 5:30. (Which is completely fine) but we finally got a table at 5:55 so I’m not sure why a reservation was needed because we could have just walked in and waited the hour for a table

    Had dinner here for Valentines, we loved the ambiance and decor. Free valet parking was awesome. Food was a ok, a little Americanized, but we enjoyed our drinks. Our waiter was awesome. All in all we had a great dinner.
