Delicious food and great service despite how busy it was this afternoon.
This place can easily accommodate last minute large group gatherings in a pinch. The place wasn’t that full the entire time we were there. The sweet potatoes fries, cauliflower bites, and cheesy tots were really good. Their burgers and slider trios were not. I probably will not go back for the food unless I’m craving fries or need to make another large group reservation in a pinch.
They remodeled the restaurant and the noise level improved. The Umami burger I ordered was perfect. Everyone else seemed happy with their orders, especially the Truffle Impossible burger. The fry serving seemed smaller than before? The vanilla shake came in an impressive tall glass. The service was just right.
Food quality has gone down significantly since the last visit in 2018. Burger was under-cooked and the vegetarian options were seriously lacking. Would not recommend
They changed the menu and the food doesn’t taste the same!
Great impossible burger
Always love their burgers and thin fries. Had their impossible burger and it was yummy !
Good burgers and the impossible burger is delicious!
Delicious food, especially the fish tacos those were my favorite. Will come back soon!
Loved the food, service, and wonderful hospitality.
I always liked the meatless impossible burgers - but the one with truffle sauce at Umami Burger (they call it the Trufflemaker) is the best of all - by far.
The service was insanely slow... it took 10 minutes to get water. And I had to stand up and go to my server to get a check. However, their burgers truly are the best... so I’m willing to suffer through the service for the best burger around.
Impossible burger - Nothing short of outstanding!
Service was friendly but very slow
A bit disappointed that the food wasn’t ad good. The calamari was limp and soggy. The tasteless ahi salad. The the Umami burger was dry even we ordered rare.
The ambiance is not all they nice either
Wonderful food. Truffle burger was delicious. Calamari was best we tasted. I’d come there again and trying to plan my next visit.
It was really loud and hard to hear conversations. Service was slow because they seemed understaffed for the big parties they had. The food was good - some in our party loved it some thought it was so so. Loved the location.
The food was really good but the service slow and not accurate with special orders. The restaurant/bathroom was dirty (bathroom especially) which was disappointing.
The impossible burger is just like real meat. The fries and onion rings are crunchy and not oily.
The best ‘Impossible’ brand burger I have ever had!
The greatest revelation was the roasted brussel sprouts with kimchi dressing. Really delicious. The Impossible Burger was tasty but a little bit too beef-like. I don’t eat beef and don’t miss that flavor so I’d rather have a veggie burger that tastes like something else. My major complaint about the restaurant is simply that it seems overpriced for what it is. Also, they need more interesting draft beer options.
Used to be fantastic. This visit was underwhelming.
As usual, food was great and service was terrible.
It took a long time for our food to arrive...
When it did it was cold
Service was slow or nonexistent and food was mediocre.
It was ok but no rush to go back. Really wanted a dark beer with my food.
Great burgers and sides!
Service was slow...we did not get the appetizers even though the entree showed up
Place feels dumpy and not clean
We went here because people rave about it. Overall the experiences was just ok.
Food: We had the beat salad and that was quite good. But the burgers were pretty dry and not that exciting. If you're a burger place you need to do a good juicy burger. On the other hand they had some cheesey tater tots that were fantastic. So it gets a 2 overall for food because of the burgers were poor and that the most important part.
Service: Our waiter was very nice and helpful and he recommended the tots so he gets bonus points. Service was a bit slow but it wasn't too bad. The one weird thing was the manager (?) who kept walking back and forth thru the restaurant over and over. I don't mean occasionally, I mean constantly. He wasn't stoping at tables, he wasn't even looking at tables. Just pacing back and forth from the front to the back non-stop. It was pretty much a compulsive behavior. Very strange.
Ambiance: Basically it's nothing special here. But I'm not sure my that is bad/wrong for a burger place.
The host was extremely rude. We got ignored because we asked to sit outside. To be clear - the server himself was very good but our experience happened to be mostly with the host. He seemed irritated that we asked to sit outside and kept slamming the door. We had to go back inside to tell the server we were there. Host was rude again why we tried to pay. Pretty pricey for a burger.
Food and ambience was great. The waiter was very nice and tried hard but it took a long time for our food to come out and when it did they forgot one of our orders. Waiter made up for it with some free apps though. Overall a nice place to eat.
The food was great but the service was horrid. Our appetizers were given to someone else, we did not get them until after our main course arrived. It was crazy!
Overpriced. Burgers cold like they were made ahead of time and warmed up.
Fun place for beers and burgers! Hey were able to accommodate our group of 10 with advanced reservations. Cute décor !
We wanted to sample The Impossible Burger, so we found it through google. The burger did not disappoint, and it was reasonably priced. We will go again.
Made a reservation, showed up on time. Restaurant was packed and no one had any food, was told if we sat down we wouldn’t be helped for at least 20 minutes so we left.
Food was poor. My taco salad had 4 small tortilla strips and 6 pieces of corn. Literally, that was it. 4 huge, watery tomato slices finished it off.
Too loud for our family of 4 to hear each other and the restaurant was far from full.
Waiter brought us things we didn’t ask for and didn’t bring the things we ordered.
We won’t be returning.
They focus on doordash orders. Bad business model. Just bc online orders are bringing you $$ does not mean you should compromise the integrity of dining. Food quality has gone down. Very disappointed. The wait staff are great but it's disrespectful to them to have such an impersonal business model
The food was good but over-priced. 3 impossible burgers, 3 drinks, 1 order of small fries came to $63.00!
