Its inside the Four Seasons Resort which itself is massive and worth the journey… the restaurant is tucked right at the beachfront and has amazing views which compliments the culinary scene. The menu is exquisitely curated to cater to all taste buds; the presentation is impeccable. We celebrated our anniversary and the dessert was on the house - their famous soufflé- yum yum. Its a diner’s paradise and a must visit for all big island travelers.

We dined at every restaurant at the Four Seasons Hualalai during our stay from June 30 to July 6, 2025 — and Ulu stood out as the clear favorite for both food and atmosphere. Outstanding in every way.

We had such a great dinner at ‘Ulu. Regina was our server and made fantastic recommendations. We loved the Highball drink to start our meal. It was light and refreshing with a good flavor of yuzu & mint. Our appetizers came out fast and the roll we got was full of flavor, fresh and delicious. I had the black garlic filet. It was perfectly cooked. Dessert was the chocolate soufflé. A real soufflé…not the molten cake. The ambiance alone with the gorgeous sunset and ocean view is worth dining here. But, a top-notch server and high quality food makes it totally worth it. I’m so happy we finished our big island trip with such a great dinner. 5 stars! Thanks Regina for making our last night memorable.

Ambiance & service were both outstanding! Definitely recommend for a light dish & drinks at sunset. Food wasn’t great. Would not recommend for a meal. Go for a drink & soak it all up! Our service was also fabulous!
