Uchiko is the sister restaurant to Tyson Cole’s original Uchi. It matches that restaurant’s dedication to food, wine, and service, but it has a Japanese farmhouse aesthetic with crafted materials and warm finishes to round out a completely updated setting. The chef team at Uchiko has created a brand new selection of composed dishes and sushi, taken from ideas and plates created at Uchi. Uchiko is Uchi redefined. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Patio seating is weather permitting and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. We look forward to serving you, Kanpai!

The food is excellent, but more so the fish. The ebi dumplings were the weakest. The service was a bit uneven for such a fancy place. We have been there 4 times for special occasions and never been disappointed.

Never disappoints! Fabulous fresh fish, inventive presentations, fantastic attentive service. We never miss an opportunity to dine at uchiko when in town!!

Our server was superb! Dinner fantastic! We Enjoyed every single bite! All I can say pork belly daily special, although again every singly thing we had was amazing. Definitely coming back!

While the food was amazing—truly exceeding my expectations—the seating left us a bit disappointed. Every dish was crafted perfectly, with the sauce and texture executed beautifully and never overpowering the main ingredients. It was all done just right. However, we were seated in the bar area, which took away from the overall experience. Despite having an advanced reservation, we couldn’t enjoy the true atmosphere of the main dining room. It dampened what could have been a more immersive dining experience. Overall, while the food and service were top-tier, the seating arrangement affected our ability to fully enjoy the ambiance.

Once again, Uchiko delights! Savory brussell sprouts and hamachi, big eye tuna and scallops were on parade. P38 and Tiger rolls, oyster and Hot Rock Wagyu were on point. At times the wait service was slow; however still very friendly and attentive. First class experience and already looking forward to our next time.

Everything was delicious! Marko was an excellent waiter. We enjoyed the bottle of Rose on the happy hour menu as well as the Hama chili and tuna nigiri. The Brussels sprouts, P-38 roll and soft crab roll were phenomenal. We loved the salmon and avocado nigiri. For dessert the milk and cereal and the banana cake were outstanding. We will be back!

AC was out so the restaurant was very loud and difficult to hear with the portable AC unit. The men’s room was also closed so we had to use a portable bathroom in the parking lot. Good food but not what we usually expect from Uchiko.
