   Spencer, our server was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly helpful! I came with family members who are very picky (don’t like fish) and he worked with them very patiently to find something they would like. Surprise… they loved everything they tired!    Robb, Sebastian and the entire team always take the best care of us. The Lao’d bar pop up was delicious. Thanks for always keeping the flavors ever changing. We love your spot and are grateful for the continual kindness.

   Love swinging by for HH or a nice dinner. Gyotoro and the Torched Otoro are definitely the best bites. Subarashi is a go to. Ask for Zoya! She's attentive and knowledgeable on the menu, helped us really get the full experience that Uchiba delivers on.

   I rather enjoyed my time at Uchiba, and I’m sorry it took me this long to attend. Vanessa as our server was a fabulous guide through your y’all’s overly intimidating menu, and I look forward to eating with y’all again. But only if Vanessa is our server. Thank you.
