Head Chef, David Lovett, is a true Italophile, having spent a length of time traversing the regions of Italy and gathering an extensive knowledge of traditional Italian cooking. He now applies this experience to his authentic Italian menu. By selecting only the freshest produce and preparing it with a less-is-more approach, David allows the ingredients to speak for themselves and his dishes to sing. I took my mother and boyfriend to Uccello for a surprise (early) 60th birthday dinner, as my mum lives in Perth and was over visiting. The meal was delicious! Everything was so tasty & wines were scrumptious. She loved every second! Our waiter, Adam was wonderful- hilarious, very friendly & so helpful. He was lovely! The evening was really special & the 'happy birthday' on her dessert plate made it even more of a precious evening for us. Thank you. Love Uccello. We will definitely be back. Gem.
