   I would recommend tziganos to friends as food was very nice but service was very poor they forgot our starters and people who ordered after us got there meals before. Had to ask 4 times for a jug of water. And lady who served us couldn’t understand English very well.

   Food was great, but service was horrible. I think they may have been understaffed, so I’ll give them a second chance.

   The main issue is style of music not right for a restaurant- shame as we like the place and the food is very good -

   Booked a table through Opentable only to be told when we arrived it was closed for a private event. Total waste of time and with 7 people (4 adults and 3 children) we struggled to get anywhere else closeby. Awful that you can book and they dont even see it ☹ Manager said it was impossible to book online but i received the confirmation 🤔

   Another great evening at Tziganos. The staff are so much fun, efficient, helpful, and quick with a smile. The food was utterly delicious and the jugs of Sangria far too easy to drink! I would highly recommend this restaurant for some delicious tapas, sumptuous sangria, a generally fun evening out. thanks again to all the staff who helped make it such an enjoyable evening.

   Good experience but starters and main courses all arrived simultaneously. Staff were very friendly but we had to ask 3 times for a glass of water. Fennel sausage pasta was delicious.

   We enjoyed our meal and the service was great - very friendly people. It was very quiet when we went, so not so much atmosphere - I can imagine it would be a great buzzy place with more diners there.

    This is my regular go to place but not anymore. I found out today that the tips are not given to the waiters and waitresses. The owners take the 12.5% discretionary tip that’s automatically added to your bill. The portion sizes have been reduced. The bread is truly awful!
