We were visiting from Ohio and gave it a try. Fantastic menu and casual atmosphere. Absolutely recommend.
Thanks so much! It was wonderful!!!!
Great food and great service!
Service would’ve been given a 5/5 but our table wasn’t ready when we got there so we were told to sit outside and order a drink. We were sitting outside for 30 minutes before any server even came over to us. The food was good though but wish the service was more attentive.
Good food and service
Awesome drinks and food. We will be back!
Even though it was a cold evening, we had our dog with us and sat outside. The staff was extremely accommodating, and the food was OUTSTANDING! Home made pasta? Unreal. We were so happy!
Great time and great food!
Food was great! Service was great!! I had the crab penne, amazing!
Good food, great service, great drink selection, good time
We met friends for dinner and were pleasantly surprised. When we first walked in we thought it looked like a college bar. Once the appetizers arrived we knew we were completely wrong. Crispy Brussels and the Focaccia bread with homemade sauce were fabulous. From fresh pizza pies to fish, we were all very satisfied with our meals.
Steak Diane was terrific. Appetizer of fried mozzarella was outstanding. Was not too crowded mid week. Inside and outdoor dining available.
Love their black bean and sweet potato veggie burger!
We were seated in an almost empty dining room and sat for over 10 minutes and still no server. I finally held my menu in the air until a server came over. Our order was incorrect on two separate items although the server was courteous. All that aside, the food was AMAZING!!
My boyfriend and our tow dogs and i came here after seeing plenty of reviews. First, the place is located on a corner in downtown Asheville that is such a great area. Plenty of places around to walk to. The restaurant was so cool and our waitress Kate was amazing. In fact all of the staff we encountered were outstanding. Very friendly and very dog focused too:). The food was so good! The Brussels sprouts were my favorite. We ordered off of a doggy menu and it was fresh fish and sweet potatoes. My dogs loved it and gobbled it down. I love the idea of having dinner with my pups! This place was amazing and i plan to come back when it’s warmer out!
Restaurant Week deal was outstanding. Food and service was great. Definitely will return.
It was overall just perfect - our server was so kind, the food was amazing (we got the pecan crusted trout and brussels as an app-OMG!). We went on a Tuesday and got 1/2 price bottle of wine - nice! We will be back!!
Staff, food, atmosphere and distancing was excellent! Will be back.
Quick service and great prices especially on cocktails! The portions of the salads were HUGE, but the Brussels appetizer was drowned in the sauce to where it was too salty. The cheese sticks were different but great as well!
Food was ok, but not great. It was a bar atmosphere, so the noise level was to be expected. I got the mushroom pizza, my wife got the meatball pizza. We both tried the brussel sprouts and their Christmas bread apps. The sprouts were saturated in balsamic vinaigrette and the bread was super salty. Not a horrible experience, but not one that leaves me wanting to go back
We were in town for the weekend and decided to try this place based on reviews. It was just ok. Service was just ok. They are reasonably priced, which was a plus.
Food was delicious except for the gnocchi which was not at all worth the money.
Service was excellent.
Food and service were great. A little disappointed when a large group was seated next to us and the restaurant did not enforce the covid protocols with them. Began to feel uncomfortable but otherwise was very happy to have stumbled on the restaurant for dinner.
Service was fast and friendly. The cocktails were excellent on the same caliber as a luxury cocktail bar. The bartender served us. He offer quick and friendly service. Food was good and arrived in a timely manner
Great food and service.
One of our favorite restaurants we tried! Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to point us in the right direction of where to visit. The food was AMAZING. I had the steak Diane and substituted the mashed potatoes for asparagus with no problems. My husband had shrimp fra diavolo. Neither one was an overwhelmingly large portion, but definitely fair for the price, as they were very fair. We also enjoyed the fried mozzarella. It was pure heaven. It was pretty much a cheese sandwich deep fried in a tempura batter. Like a fair’s fried Oreo but with cheese. It was amazing.
Our server, Graham, was great. The Christmas bread was unexpected and delicious and we appreciated the restaurants guidelines for COVID. We tried local beverages which we loved so much and ended up purchasing a case at a grocery store before driving back home. Overall good place to have a nice meal.
I ordered the Trout BLT. It was good. My husband ordered the Chicken Sandwich which was amazing. Service was great. Overall good experience
Food was mediocre and definitely not worth the price. Bathrooms were gross.
This was such a damper on New Years. Wouldn’t recommend this place especially for a special occasion .
My boyfriend and I very much enjoyed our evening here. We spent our New Years eve here and were not disappointed. Thank you!!
Food was amazing and it was very romantic but since we were on the upper floor we weren’t visited often and it took almost an hour for appetizers.
Amazing food and the cocktails were outstanding.
Fantastic food and Service. Great Drinks
Great food and service.
Overall good experience!!
Trout, southern chicken sandwich were great
Great menu, delicious food, excellent service, and a welcoming environment. Our group of 5 had lunch on a cold, gray day and left warm, full, and happy. Highly recommend!
I had great service from our waitress. She was spot on with her recommendation on the Maverick Shellfish. Get it if you are a seafood lover.
Best cheese steak ever! and wow, those big asparagus were perfect! And the black bean soup was amazing! Our waiter was nice and knowledgeable...great experience!
