Twin peaks Arapahoe was good as always. Was able to watch the Super bowl with good beer, food and
great service. The problem I had was that even though I made reservations over a week in advance, and received a confirmation number, they had no record of the reservation. When I explained that I made the reservation online they said they didn't receive the reservation. I was there with 7 people and it was questionable if we were going to get a table.

I've been to Twin Peaks many times. I used to live in Austin and frequented both the North and South locations. So I was quite happy to find a Twin Peaks location when I was transferred to Denver. I have been in the Arapahoe location probably 10 times. Usually I sit at the bar and with the exception of one bartender who I didn't catch her name, the rest have been non observant and not very friendly. I have sat with an empty glass numerous times and watched the bartenders walk past without checking or asking if I would like another, or they are in a corner of the bar looking and playing with their phones. I've given the average rating based on the experience I have had at other locations. This one could use a little more customer service.

Even though visit was during a couple of popular events, theme week and college basketball tournament, the restaurant was not overly crowded. Not sure why kitchen was so backed up with orders unless our very rude and inattentive waitress was only using this as an excuse as to why it took so long for our food to arrive, for our drinks to be refilled, no silverware brought to our tables and an incomplete order despite asking for missing items three times.

Fun place for lunch with friends. The Spicy Clad servers are very friendly and attentive. The food (who goes there for the food)? Was okay. The brew was cold and served in frothy mugs.
