Twin Owls Steakhouse at The Taharaa Mountain Lodge

For the past two decades, the Twin Owls Steakhouse has offered the premiere fine dining and event experience in the Estes Valley. Now, as we look forward to the next twenty years, we invite you to join us in our new home at the Taharaa Mountain Lodge, and to experience the best that Estes Park has to offer.
Our menu has been carefully crafted to please the entire family, and includes a broad selection of steaks, wild game and seafood, along with a kids’ menu and an irresistible dessert selection. We also offer an extensive wine list, local craft beers and hand-crafted cocktails.

This was our first time but had heard from friends that they loved going to The Twin Owls. The menu offers a nice variety of choices. I loved my 7 Oz Filet Mignon, the drinks were excellent and the cheesecake is to bie for. The service was exceptional and we loved the ambiance of the dining room. I WILL go back.

This was a great spot to spend a romantic evening. The food and steak were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The service was superb. The wine was very good. They obviously care about their customers whether you are new or returning. Anytime I am in Estes I will return.

From check-in, to cocktails to a celebratory dinner, our evening at Twin Owls was perfect. Impeccable service, a creative menu, delicious food, a warm and cozy atmosphere, and lovely windows with beautiful views made this the best stop of our trip. We dined on a Saturday evening, 6:00pm. There was live acoustic guitar which was fantastic. The Chilean Sea Bass was fantastic. The split pea risotto was sightly underdone, but it did not keep me from enjoying the ambiance or the fantastic fish. Natasha was our server. She was knowledgeable and attentive. Great quality of service! Overall, excellent experience. Thank you.

All the staff, from hostess to busboy to waiter, were exceptionally polite and courteous. The menu selections were numerous and it was difficult to choose. Extensive wine list. The food was delicious and the portions were just the right size. Great view from window table.
