Most disorganized service I've ever experienced. I've been dining at TWH Social for 10 years and it's usually wonderful, but this occasion was not enjoyable. We had a 6 pm reservation. We sat at 5:55 and at 6:40 we were still waiting on our server to come take our order. In that time we had 3 different people come over to say they were too busy to take our drink order.... (the time they spent at the table explaining how busy it was an order could have been taken). Drinks didn't hit the table until 6:55, food 7:25. Server was snippy. Food quality was excellent.

We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary - and our experience here was wonderful. Seated in a very quiet and intimate section of the establishment, Locklin, our server was very kind and attentive. We were treated to complimentary champagne, and then dessert, following a perfect dinner. We would not hesitate to recommend TWH Bistro. We’ll be back!!

Incredible meals, personal touches, and hospitality that’s hard to find We had both breakfast and dinner at TWH Social, and every part of the experience was exceptional. From the service to the food, this place goes above and beyond. For dinner, our server CARL was incredible—attentive, professional, and effortlessly warm. He even made us custom drinks that weren’t on the menu, just to suit our tastes. The food? Absolutely unforgettable. I ordered the short rib, and I can honestly say it was the best I’ve ever had—tender, rich, and full of flavor. My mom had the burger, and said it was hands-down the best she’s ever eaten: juicy, perfectly seasoned, and better than anything we’ve ordered elsewhere. To top it off, CHEF JOSH AITCHISON came out to speak with us after the meal and surprised us with a complimentary cheesecake with raspberry purée. That personal touch meant the world. Breakfast the next morning was just as lovely. Our server, SURYA, had never made a London Fog before, but she gave it a shot—and it turned out to be the best I’ve ever had. Since they were out of vanilla syrup, she used coconut instead, and it was honestly perfect. TWH Social blends upscale food, warm hospitality, and personal attention in a way that’s incredibly rare. Whether you’re there for a casual morning coffee or a full fine-dining experience, you’ll leave feeling completely taken care of—and already wanting to come back!!!

TWS was fantastic! From the moment we sat down to the moment we left, the service was off the charts - thanks to Jessica for the very authentic vibe from start to finish! We took her recommendations for food and she didn't steer us wrong! And what a nice touch that the chef was able to come out so we could pass our compliments directly to him! Highly recommend it. We'll be back...soon!
