Ok so it was the night of the third and fourth place Rugby World Cup final, at The Olympic Stadium, which is why I chose this restaurant to be conveniently close, and close it was. I booked through Open Table and encountered my first "Issue" when, on contacting the restaurant to confirm my booking, was told that no booking had been made, and because it was expected to be a busy night, no bookings were being accepted, in spite of the fact that I had a confirmation e-mail! Thankfully and couple of e-mails to Open table seemed to sort that out. Now to the actual dining experience, we were a relatively small party of five, and all arrived at various times from 5.00pm until around 5.35pm I arrived at 5.00 and was pleasantly surprised to see no one else in the expectedly busy restaurant. We were welcomed by a lovely girl who was very helpful and took our initial order for starters, which were all excellent, I particularly enjoyed a bowl of hot tasty Mushroom soup, as did a couple of my guests, the others in the party were equally complimentary of their starters. We had placed our orders for the mains and at this point the restaurant got a little busier, though not full, the girl seemed to disappear to be replaced by three young men who just didn't seem to be paying attention. I had ordered a Cod loin, my fellow diners Steak and Chicken from the "restricted" menu (I was told this would be the case because of the special nature of the evening) My fish was definitely overcooked and not very hot, but time was moving on and, concerned about our event time and my guests, didn't want to make too much fuss. We had all finished our mains and the plates sat on the table for a good 25 minutes before they were cleared, in spite of several attempts to catch the eye of the tardy waiters. Three deserts were ordered at 7.05, bearing in mind we had sat down at around 5.15 with the starters arriving some 15 minutes later, this was a poor show and a disappointing start to our evening.

menu was limited, food was OK there was no real ambiance, probably not helped by the restaurant being an alcove to corridor for passing hotel guests. View was good but from the balcony - which meant leaving the restaurant

Booked and confirmed as usual; turned up to be told there was a private booking and restaurant not available!! Invited for complimentary drink and staff would get us another venue- we declined eating I the bar as we had wanted the restaurant for our celebration. Had to speak to several staff/ managers to get things sorted but drinks and a few nibbles were readily served. Two hours later we ate in La Strada which the hotel booked for us. Suffice to say we were grateful they sorted it out but how did the booking get taken in the first place?I did have a good birthday with friends despite everything.

The starter - Asparagus was tasty and the Desert - Rice Pudding was delicious but the main course - Duck and wild rice fell a little bit flat. I found it tasted a little bland. Overall though a nice quiet spot to take my wife for her anniversary away from the bustle and incessant din of Westfield. The restaurant was in a modern setting and chairs were comfortable.

I was really disappointed as I was meeting a friend for a birthday lunch followed by some shopping afterwards in Westfield. I assumed we would be dining in the restaurant. However on arrival we were told that lunches were served in the bar area. There were just a few tables alongside the bar. Only a couple of other diners. The food was pre prepared and definitely just heated up. I had spent quite a lot of time researching where to eat as it was meant to be a special lunch. The menu on line sounded really nice and gave no hint at what was to come. Would not go back for lunch. Waiter was polite and helpful, but that's as much as I can say.

Food wasn't good at all here. My impression was that the food was frozen and not fresh and had been cooked in a microwave. Staff were very good and ambiance was nice.

Food was good and the waitress was charming and helpful. However, we asked for tap water and was told they only serve water they charge for. We were under the impression that restaurants had to supply tap water if requested. Apart from that it is a very comfortable restaurant, with nice tables and chairs and the decoration is very nice. Lovely view as well if you are facing the window.

Stunning location overlooking Olympic Park and Canary Wharf and City beyond. Food well-cookeda and tasty.Staff attentive and friendly. Had to wait a little while for main course and limited choice on a la carte menu but, overall, reasonable value and a pleasant dining experience. Only gripe - I hate the 12.5% service charge!

Situated on the 3rd floor of the holiday inn, this restaurant boasts excellent views of the Olympic park and stadium. The food was excellent but the service was a little slow for my liking. Overall, a good solid choice for diners in and around the Westfield Shopping centre. Will visit again ;-)
