I'm so sad... I was so looking forward to an AMAZING breakfast since they are the BEST spot for steaks in Pueblo. Unfortunately, the breakfast I ordered left much to be desired. I was expecting "gourmet" . The meal was something I could make at home. Not bad but not worth dining for. The hash browns were boring, the toast was way too thick and not buttered, the eggs were somewhat dry and the ham was small pieces that were so-so. The waffle was the biggest disappointment. Definitely not worth the high cost. It was boring and plain. Same that you would make at home with a waffle maker. The positives were the staff being very attentive and an amazing latte. I had very high hopes since this restaurant is high end for Pueblo. But it missed the mark..

I had an amazing birthday dinner, as usual. A thoughtful card was placed on my table wishing me a happy birthday and I received a free dessert. We had a very small issue with getting one of our courses at the same time as the first, but it didn't happen for any other courses. All the food was perfectly cooked and delicious. We wish the menu would change up just a bit every now and then, but it's a menu that works and has alot of local favorites. 21 Steaks continues to be one of the few restuarants you can go in Pueblo for an experience in dining where you aren't rushed out of the place and service is top notch. Thank you for making my birthday a wonderful experience and providing an incredible dining experience time and time again.

Excellent Fine Dining establishment. The food is very tasty. The serving size goes well with the price point. Nice clean dining area. The service we received was top notch. Our server was very attentive to our needs and quite friendly. It was a great place to celebrate our 25 year wedding anniversary.

The top high end restaurant in Pueblo! The food is always high-quality, beautifully done. The service here is exceptional. Our favorite by far is Reid Weber with his exceptional attention to detail, warm and fun personality! Always a family favorite ❤️

Checked in about 20 min before our reservation, was warmly greeted, and was seated at that time. Shown to our table and nicely greeted by other staff. The waiter was helpful and knowledgeable about specials. Our food was cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful. We've been to Twenty One Steak for multiple special occasions and this event was no different for our son's high school graduation. We absolutely love this restaurant and highly recommend!

We had a graduation brunch. The staff was very accommodating and kind. The service was the same. We had an 18 month old baby with us and our server was attentive and helpful with suggestions for food him as well as the rest of us. It was a great experience!

Our waiter was excellent, freshest mixed salad ever and filet Mignon was cooked to perfection. Just felt a bit rushed though-:(

Just had an amazing meal at 21 Steakhouse in Pueblo, Colorado! I went for the bison on the menu, and I was not disappointed. The Caesar salad, while a bit cold, was packed with flavor, featuring anchovy fillets, Parmesan chips, and crunchy croutons. For the main event, I had the 16oz bone-in bison ribeye cooked to a perfect medium-rare, and it was hands down the best bison steak I've ever had. Paired it with mushroom risotto, delicious! Service was top-notch, attentive, and friendly. The restaurant is simple, no frills, but the culinary experience was phenomenal.
