   It is always a pleasure dining at Tuscany in Uncasville. The service is great, the ambiance is amazing and the food is absolutely delicious. Tuscany is my go to place for dinner whenever I’m in Uncasville.

   We attributed at Tuscany for my brother and sister in-laws Anniversary. The staff, food and setting was perfect. Staff was very attentive and the food was fresh. Always on our must visit places.

   Took my mom for Mother’s Day brunch because we couldn’t get a reservation on Mother’s Day she said it was the best brunch buffet she has ever been to!

   The weekend brunch is a great value for the food. Food is wonderful and plenty of it. We dine there often for other meals and always enjoyable.

   We love Tuscany but our experience on 5/24 was terrible. We came there with friend to celebrate our 11yr wedding anniversary. We ordered the sausage flat bread which was good. My wife ordered the chicken Parm, which looked on the small side and overcooked plus there were supposed to be regatta cheese underneath it and there was none. Our friend ordered the Bolognese and she said it was not that great. I ordered the veal Oso Buco ravioli. I was very disappointed in this dish first, I did not realize it came in a brown sauce. The raviolis were very watery and mushy. There was five raviolis four of them had the meat stuffing in it. One was completely flat and did not have anything in it. Usually I would’ve said something to the server, but everybody seemed to be disappointed in their meal so we just eat and left.. I have been to Tuscany multiple times over the course of the years we’ve come there for our anniversary several times and have not experienced anything like this. The noise level inside was ridiculous. The table next to us were so loud we couldn’t even hear ourselves talk. Very disappointed especially since it was our wedding anniversary. The server was nice, but did not acknowledge our anniversary when I put it in the comments on open table.

    DISAPPOINTED & RUSHED. I booked this table to enjoy a few hours of conversation with my spouse & was there for less than an hour. As we were a table for 2, we were squeezed between other tables of 2 on the outside seating facing the waterfall (which is a main reason to dine here). The squeeze was so tight that should the waiter need to take an order from the person seated facing the waterfall their backside was in the face of the diner at the adjacent table; despite there being multiple open tables available. (The server did apologize for the tight squeeze). My reservation was for 8pm. We arrived at 7:50 & were seated promptly. In ordering drinks, appetizer, bread service & entrees, we were out of there by 8:45 - even though we stated we are not in any rush. The server was bringing our main dishes while we were still eating our appetizer (literally fork in mouth while they took a plate away). We barely had time to enjoy our beverages & the check came. The food was subpar (chicken parm - was ok the spaghetti was hard) - spouse enjoyed pappardelle bolognese which was good. Not at all what we expected despite the reviews on various websites; we were very disappointed.
