   We had a WONDERFUL experience. The ambience is beautiful, everyone was attentive and the service we received was personalized as we were celebrating a birthday and the hostess greeted us, learned our name, discussed the restaurant's history, asked to check our coats, etc. I'm sure it's part of her job but she was so genuinely kind. Our server was Mary and she was phenomenal, really made the birthday girl feel special. We'll definitely return.

   Turn Kitchen is very comfortable and the servers know us and are always welcoming. The food selection has improved and our choices were very good. Wines by the glass we feel are too high priced.

   This was my third and last visit. The ambience is romantic and classy; the host staff was energetic and friendly. The server however was not. Her demeanor and attitude were dry and unbothered the 2 times she served my party. The other server on duty acknowledged my partner and I waving at her (we needed knives) but she failed to assist. Even if to say “Sorry I’m too busy” or “Let me get your server for you” would have been more polite than nodding and walking away. She did however acknowledge our presence when we were leaving…. The food was far from spectacular, including the dessert. The drinks were delicious! It was Valentine’s Day and I expected more than we received for the price. My man still tipped appropriately but we agreed there was no need to return.

   Went for valentines for a nice date meal. We were not aware this was the lounge in the lobby of the Ritz. Drinks were overpriced but good. We had 2 rounds through dinner and no wine. The appetizer was good. Ordered the special salad and filet entree. Salad was mushy and salty. Filet had the texture of, and tasted like, top sirloin and was under what I would expect for a steak of this price. Potatoes were great, though. Service had basic restaurant quality attention, when she came around, but sparce because it was a lounge. All in all, we were disappointed in the quality for the price. 350 total price tag was only because it was in the Ritz. Anywhere else and this was an average quality meal and service.

    The atmosphere was nice. The hostess was friendly. Our waitress was a bit abrasive and seemed rushed even though there was a small number of people dining. I ordered the blackened shrimp which was flavorful, but salty. My husband ordered the braised short rib which was good, but unseasoned. The drinks were good, but over priced; which we were aware of beforehand. For his birthday, my husband received a complementary dessert which was lovely and enough for us both to enjoy. The overall experience was decent and I would recommend it to others to try for a night out, but I’m in no rush to return.

    I can not say enough about the wonderful service and delicious food we had at Turn! We were celebrating a birthday and they couldn’t have made it more special! The Chef came to our table and told us the history of the restaurant’s special seasoning and even gave us a sample! Our steaks were done to perfection , and the sides were equally as great! Definitely will be coming back and recommending this place to everyone!

    We had an outstanding experience at Turn Bar. We were celebrating an early New Year’s celebration with our family. The food was amazing and service was top notch. We were treated to the highest level of courtesy and respect from start to end. Ritz Carlton staff is an industry leader.

    Food was great, atmosphere was trendy and comfy. Maybe the best part was our server Julie, she was beyond hospitable and put the best personal touch on our experience. Would definitely recommend!

    We love Turn Kitchen and our server. We did wait a while to get our food. The food was good except my husband had the Calamari and the sauce it came with was very thick and pastie. Everything else was good.

    went there Christmas day had choice of extraordinary 4 course meal or ala carte menu mu wife choose ala carte trout which was outstanding and she is not a "fish" person I had scallops which were good but not outstanding like the trout service was pleasant efficient all staff were friendly and helpful including parking attendant food prices were reasonable wine by the glass was a bit dear but worth it ambiance was charming not cheap by value for money

    First of all the staff is amazing. Very friendly, helpful, considerate and professional. Every item ordered from the menu was exceptional. Our Christmas Eve dinner was wonderful. Having a drink at the bar was enjoyable also!

    Server was very nice. Food was not good. Risotto and steak were undercooked. Stick to bar food. Pretzel and edamame were fine. Drinks great.

    We had a wonderful evening enjoying Thanksgiving dinner. Julie was so warm and friendly as she made sure we had a great dinner. We had the special turkey dinner, one filet and the trout. All we’re fabulous. We always have a great experience at Turn.

    Turn Bar & Kitchen is a great place. We love the servers, most of whom have been there a long time. Food is consistently good. Wines by the glass are priced a little too high.

    Lovely space and gracious staff. Tuna all a bit tough and not generous portion. Lettuce had some rough spots indicating not the freshest. Bread very nice as was wine.

    The food and service was excellent. However the hotel parking fee was absurd: $28.00. Furthermore, our cocktails cost $25 each, also ridiculous.

    We love the food at Turn. The best part are the terrific servers whom we have enjoyed for several years. People like Mary and the other seasoned servers make our visit very enjoyable. Turn is a very comfortable restaurant to dine in and we will return.

    My daughter’s 28th birthday dinner…we had 8 people and I couldn’t have picked a better place! Great food, nice stand wonderful and attentive service. It was great because even with 8 people and a large table no one had to shout to be heard. They also brought us a large dessert platter for her birthday with cheesecake, macaroons, cookies and strawberries …delicious!

    Our server Melany was incredibly friendly and professional; a person to be modeled after. Food was also of high praise: everyone in our group ordered a salad, though all (5) different, and we each raved about our respective dishes.

    The service was slow the night we were there. It took over 25 minutes just to get our appetizer which was just okay, the house chips and dip. I had the short rib and my husband had the corned beef. He said his sandwich was fine. My short rib was over cooked and tough and the flavor of the sauce was super acidic and lacking spice. For a $100 meal, we left super disappointed.
