    Been a fan and loyal patron for a long time. Good food - always fresh and well prepared and presented. Team appears new and was running the struggle bus a bit last evening - couldn’t quite connect on accuracy, start to nearly finished. Patio is a favorite, but the “live music” over at Little Hats was competing with and drowning out Tupelo’s piped music. It wouldn’t have been so bad, except Little Hats appeared to have found the one bad singer in Nashville and hired them for the night. We will go back, but may stick to Sunday brunch.

    This was our second visit to Tupelo Honey. The bone-in chicken is delicious. However, I do not recommend the desert as the portions are small for the cost. We had the brown butter pecan pie and the banana pudding. The service was extremely slow, perhaps due to shortage of staff.

    The restaurant was not busy, but was still severely understaffed. Every table on the patio waited for 20+ minutes to get initial orders (drinks) taken and delivered. Then the food came out and was underwhelming, and cool temperature. Unlikely to return because the service has only gotten worse over the last 2 years.

    We were treated very well. Our waiter, Brody, was attentive and accommodating. Our group of 12 was most grateful for the quality food, good drinks and thoughtful service. Thank you Tupelo!

    Slow, slow, slow. It took 50 minutes to get served. We were seated at 12:15pm and waited until 1:00 to get served. I had to reschedule a work meeting.

    Food was wonderful. Loved the Asheville hot chicken and waffles. Our waitress was wonderful! It was also her first day and she was on top of everything. Great place to eat.

    We chose Tupelo Honey for a very special event. My father's 90th birthday party. They were outstanding! Our server, Michaela, was wonderful, kind and patient with our big slow party. We brought in a barbershop quartet to sing to him, and they not only welcomed them but encouraged us to do this as it would add to the already fun atmosphere. The food came out correctly and was delicious. The brunch manager, Jamie also did a wonderful job. I simply can't say enough. Thanks to the folks at Tupelo Honey in Franklin Tennessee!

    Food was first rate! I had the veggie omelette while my wife had the chicken tenders with mac’n cheese. Very good portion sizes. Sam, our waiter, was excellent. Very attentive.

    Decided to try it for brunch and will not return. We were seated on time but did not see a waiter for at least 10 minutes. Food was bland at best and was overpriced for what we had. Also saw numerous people return dishes so not sure what was going on there, but I will not go back.
