The food was outstanding and the delightful service from Maureen made it that much more of a special night out. Of particular note: the grilled salmon, the fried green tomatoes, their original recipe fried chicken (so moist and flavorful!) And not to be left out is their dessert duo!

Overall, it was disappointing. Service was pretty slow, refills and drinks took a bit, fried chicken wasn’t fresh, and some food was cold when it got to the table.

The biscuits were cold instead of warm. The butter for the biscuits was rock-hard. The fried green tomatoes were hot, and the cheese grits they sat on were cold and congealed. The fried chicken on the classic chicken on the waffles was divine while the fried chicken on the chicken BLT was overcooked and inedible. Service was slow, and it took over 10 minutes to get the banana pudding. The waitress was new, but it was not her fault. It seemed that the problem was with the kitchen while the fried chicken on the chicken BLT was overcooked while the fried chicken on the chicken BLT was overcooked

I love TH! It is a must visit restaurant because of the banana pudding chicken and waffles. Yes, you read that correctly. Brilliant. But so much else is outstanding as well. Already planning on returning in 2 days to take the entire family.

Exhausted from 8 hours driving but needed something quick and nearby the Marriott on a Friday night (9/13). Made a 6:45 reservation. Seated around 7. Food arrived in 50 minutes, claiming a large table came in and was consuming all the kitchen. Don’t you hate it when a business admits you are less important than others? Was about to walk out. Offered free biscuits due to the wait, ate 1. My order was fine, but wife’s was not as ordered and barely warm. Restaurant took off $12. Clearly not a place when you are in a hurry. Southern food menu was impressive.

Jamie , Ally and staff were wonderful! They accommodated several adjustments to our party size over the course of the week as attendance crew. They were so helpful to get us the tables big enough to fit us all even with last minute requests! The food and service were great! We all really enjoyed our dinner and had a great time!
