Great menu. Service excellent. Nice atmosphere.
Rachel was very attentive and the Margaritas were perfect! Food was yummy!
Fine, nothing special. Food quality not as high as when first opened in this location. Bathrooms dirty and lacking soap.
We don't really have any complaints except to say that the business was obviously short staffed which equated to slower than pre-COVID service, as well as quality of food. I hope you can find good workers and ramp up service and food quality to pre-COVID rankings. Good luck!
Those who did care for us obviously were doing the best they could while understaffed, but ultimately it was not the experience we've come to look for from your restaurant.
All of our food was cooked to perfection and the flavor was incredible. If you’re hesitant on the Spicy Cauliflower Bites, just get them. You won’t regret it!
Really nice place. Food was great. Will definitely go back again.
Most amazing meal ever!! It was a birthday surprise for my husband. The service was outstanding!!! Everything was perfect!!!!!
Father’s Day lunch
First time visit. Ambiance was nice. Our waiter Cam was amazing and attentive. Although they ran out of shrimp for the meal my mind was set on, Cam's knowledge of the menu and alternative recommendations made the experience very nice. Still apprehensive about eating in restaurants, I was please to see spacing and minimal hovering. Will return and will recommend.
Food was hot, fresh and flavorful. Our waiter Kyle was prompt, very friendly and helpful with any questions we had or anything we needed. We were seated right on time for our dinner reservations. Overall, just a great experience.
Everything was delicious. We had the shrimp and grits, mahi-mahi, and fried chicken. The kids had waffles and scrambled eggs. The kids are already asking when we can come back! The service was very attentive.
Everything’s was 😊 great
Especially the food.
Overall great experience. Mimosas were a bit expensive but very good. Food came out quickly and was hot. Menu somewhat limited but we enjoyed what we ordered and would venture back.
I love it honestly I will be back our sever was amazing
We had outstanding service from our waiter but the food was quite disappointing. My wife had chicken and waffles and I had chicken and the Mac & cheese waffles at lunch time on a Friday. The chicken was over cooked and burned as if the deep fry oil was too hot. The Mac & cheese waffles sound intriguing but in reality seemed to be just a marketing ploy. They did not taste significantly different than ordinary waffles but I could see a few mac noodles. Maybe other dishes would have been a better choice but we will not likely be returning to try them.
The food took an hour to come after ordering. It was terrible. Meatloaf was over cooked and Brussels sprouts were over seasoned.
My fiancé and I were in Nashville for the day and decided to check out this farther out place. We loved our meal and the menu had so many amazing options we had a hard time deciding between them all. I love all the vegetarian options and the southern classics with a twist.
It seemed like to restaurant was very under staffed and our waitress said that she sometimes pays attention to her inside tables more than outside. She as extremely nice and helpful though. Our food took a very very long time to come out.
Great service- we did get there at the end of the evening so our food took quite a while
Shrimp and Grits were great. Our waitress was fantastic
Great service and delicious food!
4 people at hostess counter all very unwelcoming. Waitress did order incorrect and then chicken over cooked until hard as a rock. Not a good experience
The restaurant was filthy and grimy. Our food was not fresh - dry and chewy. The restroom was disgusting.
We’ve been twice before (in early 2020) and had a great experience. This time was a big disappointment and grossed me out.
The food was absolutely delicious! Everyone got something different and everything we tried was awesome! Great restaurant!
Chef is amazing.
Outstanding!!! We’ve been to your Asheville and Franklin locations.
There was no wait for reservations. The service was wonderful. The food AMAZING (try the Mac and Cheese Chicken Waffles). We had a wonderful evening.
Pre wedding family dinner
Delicious brunch with great bar and drink options!
I highly recommend Tupelo Honey! This was one of the best meals of my life! I got the meatloaf with greens and Mac & Cheese, and my friend got the Mac & Cheese Chicken and Waffle. We loved it! Highly recommend using Open Table as well for a reservation so that you don't have to wait.
We loved the brunch ! Will definitely be back ext time we are in Nashville !
Our waiter was great!! Love this place!!
Always good food and excellent service. We took our grandchildren and they loved it also. Our server,Asia, was great with them
Everything about this experience was top notch! Fun atmosphere, amazing service and food was delightful!
Our food took over an hour to come out and the restaurant was closing by the time we had our entrees. No dessert offered - the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. No sign of a manager to even apologize for the extended wait on our food.
We had a reservation for 7:15 and were seated in a timely manner. We ordered appetizers for the table. Those arrived within 10 minutes or so. The presentation was nice and the appetizers were tasty. It was all downhill from there. We ordered our food and waited...and waited...and waited. For over an hour, we waited for our meals to arrive. Our party of 8 ranged in age from almost 2 to almost 76. It had been a long day and we were all hungry and ready for a good meal. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. I chose this restaurant based on a previous pleasant experience at its Knoxville location a few years ago. This experience was anything but pleasant. Not only did we wait an unreasonable amount of time for our meals, but, when they did arrive; the food was warm - not hot and was mediocre at best. Not once was there anything said about the amount of time the order was taking; no apology, no let me check on your order, nothing. It was not until we asked to speak to a manager that we were told they were understaffed. Had this been explained early on, it might made the wait a little more tolerable and understandable. It would have also set the expectation that there might be a longer than usual wait. Don’t think we’ll be going there again.
Food was okay, best thing they had were the biscuits and grits. Hosts didn’t know what they were doing, we asked to sit outside and they said the tables were either dirty or already reserved. I understand reserved but they weren’t willing to go clean the ones that were dirty. We then get sat at a high top table with a baby and the high chair doesn’t even meet the table so I ask to sit at the lower one and they said we couldn’t yet it wasn’t sat the ENTIRE time we were there. Instead they give us a booster for our baby at a high seat that has no seatbelt. Our server had just as poor of an attitude never smiled or helped with the baby situation when we were obviously frazzled. I would NEVER recommend this place.
Check in was not good. We had reservations for 6:45. I was told they could not find any reservations after I spelled my name. I had to pull up my comfirmation. I was told I thought you were saying a different name...I spelled it.We were told we would have to wait for the service staff to have a break before we could be seated. We had to wait another 15 minutes so it was 7 before we got a table. We never got napkins or utensils. We had to ask for them after we got our food.
Server Cameron made the experience. He was top notch!
Waffles were great!
My wife and I are regulars and enjoy the outside seating. Our server, Micalah, was very nice but absent minded.
She had to be reminded a few times to bring our drink order. When she finally brought my wife’s wine, she brought the wrong one. She advised that the bartender was new and as such moving slow. All in all about a half hour to get the wine correct.
We enjoyed our meal, but the check was wrong. We were charged for both the correct and incorrect wines. We brought it to her attention and she responded that this is why she asks customers to look at the bill. Not the right response if I owned the place. I wonder how many may have overpaid?
We enjoyed our food, sitting outside, and Micalah was very nice, but the miscues and slower service was something I thought worthy of your attention. Perhaps a training issue.
With all that said we will be back and view this as a rough night which people can have from time to time. Glad we checked the bill!
