Tullibee celebrates the lakes and woods cuisine that is so deeply woven into the fabric of Minnesota. Named for a fish native to our Minnesota waters, Tullibee is a tribute to our beautiful state and brings its fresh and authentic flavors to each dish we serve. Under Chef Marque Collins lead, Tullibee's new menu is curated with intention to allow guests to try multiple items on the menu. We will be serving more smaller portions of the menu items meant to be ordered many at a time on a rolling basis throughout the meal allowing guests to experience different options.

    The food at Tullibee is delicious. The options are amazing. Everything is fresh and cooked perfectly. We have a lot of food allergies, and Chef Nick was wonderful — going above and beyond to accommodate us. We highly recommend Tullibee!

    Urban ambience with contemporary feel. Nice open setting. Limited menu but they focus on the things they do well. Our server did a great job of explaining the menu items. I had the bison steak, which I thought was delicious. One of the best entrées I’ve had in quite a while We use the valet service rather than trying to figure out parking on a Friday night with the twins in town. Valet service worked very well, but it is quite expensive. It cost us $29. We recommend this restaurant and we would definitely come again

    The hotel itself and restaurant ambience were perfect (it’s such a beautiful hotel)! The food and cocktails were very good, but pricey and really small portions. Our waiter was also incredibly rude and acted like he was put out we were there. He never smiled, muttered incoherent responses to us, and sighed heavily whenever he was at our table. We were only there for quick cocktails and appetizers, but the whole experience was a bit off-putting with our rude waiter.

    Took my guy there for the smash burgers which aren’t always in the menu, but I wanted him to try it and he loved it. The duck fries are also a plus yum and we enjoyed some of the apps also like their yummy oysters…don’t miss out!!!

    “Leave it to the Chef” menu was outstanding. Several courses from starters through dessert, each full of flavor. Great choice!

    The server recommended me a dish off the dinner menu, and wow they made a wonderful selection. I had the Bision Steak Frites and it was my first time having a bison steak. It was cooked medium and had an amazing texture and flavor on it. The compound butter and crispy onion really put it over the top for a finishing touch. Would come to Tullibee again when back in the area.
