   Yesterday, we celebrated the 4th big family event at Tucci’s and it was amazing! Both of our daughters requested going to Tuccis for high school AND college graduation dinners. The atmosphere in the patio room (with live music!), the wait staff and our meal were outstanding. The hostess and our waiter, Jojo, both asked my daughter about her day and were so personable. Items on the menu are pricey but creative and delicious. Thank you Tucci’s for helping our family celebrate an exciting day!

   The Bloody Marys were excellent. The omelets had the proper amount of filling and the potatoes were perfect. The challah toast was delicious.

   Everything was fine, but nothing great. The food was, again, fine and the service was as well. We had an 11:45 reservation for brunch, were seated not long after, but didn't get to order food until 12:30 (no drinks were ordered prior to ordering food). Will be back I'm sure, just not for brunch.

   As we have come to expect over many years our Birthday dinner with my wife was great. From the atmosphere, drinks and food to the excellent service, we couldn’t have asked for more.    As always the atmosphere was inviting and beautiful. Food is classic good and always pleasing. Our sever was amazing!! Professional, effective and very helpful with menu selection. Also she was kind and helped us celebrate my dear friends birthday with smiles. I do not have her name but will request her again as a top server in Columbus Ohio!! Thank you for a great late lunch birthday celebration

   We went with friends to a wine tasting with appetizers, and we enjoyed the total experience, food, and wine. We had no trouble having discussions with our friends, the wine reps, and the wine steward.

    They over sold the event that they required a down payment. When we arrived they required us to prepare for the balance on the event and the tip for 2 servers. They took the res but did not hold the res! Pre tip 2 servers where we had no seats or table! Unprofessional to say the least! Refunded the prepaid amount but not the balance and server’s tip. Corrected a few days later but we will never return. Did not past few years due to their bogus time limit on their tables. Much better options with in walking distance for sure!!

While we understand there was some confusion, we were disappointed by the disrespect shown to our team. Our staff is always willing to help, but professionalism is expected in return. Your refund was processed, and due to the nature of the interaction, we will not be accepting future reservations under your name. We wish you the best moving forward, Thomas.
