Wish I could have gone but it's now closed 😭
Fabulous. Really a shame that we were the last diners at TRUSTnola! Sad ...
Everything was average nothing exceptional
For any restaurant, it begins and ends with the food. In this case, the food was interesting, different and excellent. I enjoyed two small plates. The first plate was actually a large bowl of brie fries. Amazing! The second plate consisted of a couple of calamari tacos with this exquisite curry sauce. So simple yet so delicious. My wife enjoyed an perfectly made crepe. I washed it all down with a craft drink called a Negroni which was made with Hendrick's gin and some other delicious ingredients. I was full and very happy. I shall return to try other items off of the menu.
Very good restaurant. Contrary to many other reviewers, I liked the service. The food was very good as expected.
I was hesitant because of some of the reviews but was interested in the menu. We were very satisfied with both the meal and service. Food was a little slow coming out of the kitchen, but otherwise no problem.. And frankly, we still thought the pace of the meal was fine. The cocktails were also quite excellent.
For a restaurant that has only been open a very short period of time, Tryst has most of the kinks
worked out. The goat cheese and honey appetizer was both unique and tasty. My appetizer(meat pie) was very tasty, as well. The minute was somewhat limited, which is expected for a new restaurant. Both of our main courses were very good, as well.
Food was great, but the service was slow and inattentive.
The food was good, but the service terrible. There's a reason Open Table was offering 1000 points to dine here.
Outstanding! Food, service and ambience.
