   Starting off, the craft cocktails we amazing, and our server was able to make suggestions to change the type of alcohol in a drink since I don’t like bourbon. For appetizers we had Scarlet Bites and the Elote dip. The bites were crispy with enough sauce to add spice, but not drown them. Served with a Boursin Ranch that I didn’t need, but it was so good you need to try it. The elote dip was creamy with lots of flavor! I could eat it with a spoon, but the chips they serve with it adds to the goodness! I had the stuffed poblano and my wife had the short ribs. Everything was cooked perfectly with lots of flavor! My taste buds were overjoyed. I will be back.

   The Vibe was very Nice…Played good Music but the food was HORRIBLE ! Me & My Fiance ordered the same thing and my chicken came out burnt at the bottom…my rice was mushy & the asparagus wasn’t cooked fully I didn’t get to eat anything ! The drink I got was recommended by our server but it tasted like milk ! I was very disappointed!

   Hi Contirria, As a small and local business in the Deep Ellum area, we take great pride in assuring our food and drinks taste great and look great. When my server told me your chicken was burnt I clearly wanted to see for myself, as I can train my kitchen better. To my surprise the chicken was cooked perfectly. Grilled on both sides...and had a beautiful golden grill marks. Our asparagus is served Al dente ..with a bite..as to not have it served soggy. We wish we would have known about your dissatisfaction with your""Milky " drink. We would have done our best to make sure you were happy with your experience. We do wish you the best with your future dining experience in the Deep Ellum/Dallas area. Best, Scarlet

   The food is amazing! My wife and I went on Valentine’s Day and had an amazing night, the environment matched the theme of the day, the service was amazing, the waiter took care of us but wasn’t in your face the whole time either. The food is definitely why we will go back, I got a salmon and my wife ordered a filet and I could not be more impressed with the quality of food not to mention we got it fairly quick as well! Would definitely recommend for a date night.

   HI Chase. Thanks for the kind review. We are so happy that you and your wife decided to spend Valentines Day with Scarlet. I personally love our Filet, with our Cowboy butter! My personal favorite is our Pasta Dish, Chicken Cacciatore, a rich tomato based dish with lots of seasonings, fresh cut veggies and a little spice!    The food was not good and definitely not worth the money. Even though the website stated they offered free valet they try to charge us for parking.

   I had an amazing evening at Scarlet last night. The combination of outstanding food, exceptional service, and a vibrant atmosphere made for an unforgettable experience.    Went to Scarlet to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriends and it was amazing! Food is delicious and drinks were perfect! We will definitely be back .

   It was extremely noisy the floor was slippery The didn’t have the a both to accommodate a party of 2. It was a horrible pick for my birthday

   Veronica, I believe you have the incorrect restaurant. We are located in the Deep Ellum area, and have only been open for two month. The picture you posted appeared to me a spaghetti dish of some sort. We do not have anything that resembles that picture. We do invite you to come and visit us at Scarlet.
