Disappointed the kitchen was closed by the time I got there at 8:15 but it was a Sunday night Beet and service were good and there’s plenty of room However, needs more decorations ... very bland like a hotel lobby
Drinks were amazing but food was okay. Great service!
Burger was cook really dry. I ask for medium well got burnt! Bun was also overly toasted. Wings were ok but without sauce had no taste or flavor. Fries were big steak fries and they were best part about the meal/place
Service was great. Definitely recommend happy 😊 hour
Those deviled eggs were yummy and the beer . We also enjoyed the fries and onion rings with a chicken sandwich
Overall it was a good experience, the bus person was really funny and he trying made the experience as good as it was. Cool vibe and the beef brisket was really good.
Kitchen was backed up. Ironically received a to-go order before the table room arrived.
Beer is great but still not brewed locally (Burbank) since they are working on permits and operations. Lots of taps to fill. The food was good but it took a while to up - nobody in the restaurant any. And they didn’t seem to know they were on OpenTable?
We were a group of eight during SEMA, so it was tough to find a place that could accommodate us on short notice, plus we wanted to try out the new place.
It’s in an odd location (2nd floor of the shops on the Palazzo side), and one person commented that it was difficult to find. The beer options were good but the food was just meh. Cost seemed a little steep for the portion size, but it’s Vegas so no surprise there.
The service was good and friendly, and the atmosphere was casual.
It was ok, some highlights, but several items that were mostly just ok. The spicy chicken sandwich was a highlight - good level of spice with flavor. The pork rinds served with the sandwich were just ok - really salty, even for pork rinds! The brisket plate was solid and the cornbread served as a side was delicious. The bbq sauce on the pulled pork sandwich was really vinegary and the sandwich was a bit overpowered by the sauce. The brisket sandwich was tasty, but the hoagie style bun it was served on was a bit hard, seemingly not fresh. The Mac and cheese was a disappointment for our group - seemed dry, not very creamy.
Beer selection could be more varied and they were out of one beer we wanted to try. The atmosphere is lacking in the dining room area - seemed a little slapped together and cheap.
A new addition to the Palazzo choices of restaurants, and my first visit here had wonderful service, but the food has some way to go to compete with the other resort restaurants. If you are looking for casual place to grab a drink and food, this may be the place for you.
Service was very attentive and timing of drinks and food was very well done. The interior of the restaurant has a industrial theme, with high “unfinished” ceilings and plenty of open space on the restaurant floor, along with a large glass enclosed room for the brewery.
Four beers in a tasting flight was a nice way to go for a variety and our server was very educated on the types of beer. Our dinner included, app of Deviled Eggs and entrees of Fried Beef Ribs n Cornbread, Watermelon Salad, and side of Herb Mac and Cheese. The eggs were fairly ordinary like homemade, and the cornbread was great with the honey butter. The watermelon salad was quite refreshing and Mac n Cheese cheesy and delicious. The downfall were the ribs, which by appearance looked like they were the scraps after the butcher trimmed the meat to the bone. Though described as smoked and then lightly fried, the condition of the ribs were dry and tough with very little meat (see picture) and not worthy of the $25 entrée price. Credit to our server for the apology and the offer of a dessert, again outstanding customer service.
Overall the brewing company may still be working through some of their opening issues, but service was great, and food is decent for a casual venue. We will give this place another try in the future.
Hints for your visit: If there are only two of you, ask for booth as they have high walls and make a nice cozy spot for dinner. Stay clear of the beef ribs, either smoked or fried.
Great food. Good service. Didn’t like the table setup.
New place in Vegas - only open ten days! Good beer. The ribs and pulled pork were above par. Give it a try!
