   Here’s a polished version of your review: --- The service at the restaurant was excellent. We started with the crab cake, followed by salmon and a petite steak, all of which were fresh and delicious. My husband preferred his salmon to be cooked a bit more, but he still enjoyed it. I ordered a medium steak, which was slightly undercooked, but it tasted great. When I requested to take the rest of my food home, the chef noticed the issue and kindly recooked the steak for me. Overall, a wonderful dining experience!

   This was our first visit to Truluck's. To say we were impressed is an understatement. Even though we were early for our reservation we were seated immediately. The staff were accommodating and helpful with suggestions. Our meals were excellent - beautiful presentation, fabulous taste, and just enough to fill us up without feeling stuffed. Overall one of the best dining experiences we have enjoyed.

   The Pearl oysters and crab claws were delicious as well as the king crab and tuna. Every thing was fresh and exceeded my expectations including the Sommelier

   I was visiting Austin for the weekend for a birthday trip and chose Trulucks for dinner. Arthur, my server was great, attentive and offered suggestions and tailored my meal to my wants. All the staff was extremely friendly and my birthday dessert was absolutely amazing. Actually, it was all amazing! I would highly recommend them!

   Had a drink and some great food with friends at the upstairs bar. Very supportive staff, speedy service, nice selection. Had stone crab (fabulous), filet and branzino. Really wonderful meal, shared beautifully.

   I’m a frequent visitor to Trulucks! It was a very poor night. The waiter consistently interrupted conversation in the beginning, then disappeared for long periods. He was more interested in upselling food and wine to us. After tonight, I won’t be going back and will frequent Bob’s and Eddy V’s instead. Very unfortunate!

   Lovely evening. Staff very attentive and food excellant. Wish more restaurants offered 2 different portion sizes. The petit was the perfect size for small eaters.
