   Efficient and pleasant service in bar and at table! Food was very good. And complimentary desert topped the evening off, particularly for my wife whose birthday we were celebrating. Thank-you!

   The service was very attentive starting with the hostess who moved us to a closer table to accommodate my disability and continuing with my server who delivered the check early because I was in obvious discomfort. My daughter chose two appetizers, oysters and stone crab claws, to sate her need for seafood. She was in heaven. My husband had the wedge of lettuce and the shrimp and scallop entree. He had not had a wedge in ages, and it was well worth the wait with its creamy blue cheese dressing and mound of grated blue cheese. He didn't share the shrimp, but the bit of scallop I tried was meltingly delicious. My Sonoma salad had a delightful light vinaigrette with a generous topping of candied nuts balanced by tart cranberries, My blue crab stuffed lobster tails disappointed. The stuffing was perfect, but the tails were tough and not as flavorful as fresh lobster. The meat could only be cut with a steak knife. We ordered a side of truffle fries. We enjoyed them more than the mashed potatoes. They could have been served with something more interesting than bottled ketchup for dipping. (Nordstrom's olive aioli comes to mind.) The finish was a baked Alaska to celebrate my birthday. It was a very festive ending. The lighted menus delighted my techy spouse. Without that innovation these old eyes would have been unable to decipher the offerings. The spotlight directed at the table allowed us to see our food but not read. There was piped music which was loud enough to be heard occasionally over the din of the diners. I didn't expect that we would need to shout at each other and our server in a fine dining restaurant. I would not recommend this for a romantic rendezvous if you don't want to shout your intentions to your companion. So, the question is would I return? Probably not, but then I'm not sure I am the demographic that this chain is trying to reach.

   Our dinner at Truluck's is what fine dining is meant to be. The atmosphere, service, drinks and dinner were all very enjoyable. "V" took great care of us and made good recommendations for both cocktails and entrees. We were all very pleased with our choices and could not have enjoyed the evening more! The complimentary baked Alaska was delicious and was a very special touch for the birthday girl! Thank you Truluck's for maintaining high quality and standards, well done!!!

   Truluck's always mean a special evening awaits, and last night was no exception. When we made reservations for dinner, they inquired as to whether it was for a special occasion. When we arrived, everyone from the hostess to the manager to the waiter greeted us and congratulated us on our wedding anniversary, even remembering how many years we were celebrating. The booth was quiet as promised, and the table beautifully arranged especially for the occasion. But oh! the meal was fabulous..every dish perfectly prepared and plated. (The lobster stuffed with crab was so delicious ---delicate flavors melded together perfectly.) After beginning with fresh oysters and a crisp wedge salad, we progressed to branzini (him) and lobster (me), and were delighted when we ordered coffee to find that they brought out a perfectly prepared creme bruleé, with congratulations. Service was impeccable. We'll return!

   Mother's Day treat for my wife and we were more than pleased with the experience. Friendly staff seated us promptly and we were quickly met by our server, Elaina, who was absolutely top-notch. She offered suggestions and wine pairings and reviewed the specials for the day. We decided to share a Sonoma Greens Salad which was composed of spicy pecans, goat cheese, apples, dried cranberries, with a honey vinaigrette. It was plentiful and awesome. We chose the Miso-glazed Seabass and Trout Amadine. Both were delicious. We wanted to try a dessert but passed but we were provided with some chocolate truffles. Outstanding food and service.
