   Salads were super small for the price. Order to a Caesar salad salad there was no cheese no croutons just lettuce and dressing. Big disappointment service was amazing.

   We visited Gordon Ramsay’s Truffles Pub in Cherokee tonight and were really hoping for a standout experience. Unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The food was decent but didn’t have the wow factor you’d expect from anything carrying Gordon Ramsay’s name. I ordered the prime rib medium, but it came out medium-well to well-done. The Caesar salad was poorly prepared, with big globs of dressing in some spots and completely dry lettuce in others. Service was disappointing, especially since the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Everything felt rushed. Our dessert order was taken before we were done with our entrees, and dessert arrived before my wife had finished her meal. Before we had even made it two bites into dessert, the check was dropped off, and we were asked if we would be needing more water — not exactly the kind of experience that makes you want to savor the meal. Our server also clearly struggled with handling the wine. He repeatedly mentioned that opening and pouring wine made him nervous, and when he poured, he rushed and spilled wine dribbles onto the table, only wiping it up after we asked. When my wife politely mentioned that the meal felt rushed, he became defensive and said, “this is just how I do things,” instead of taking the feedback gracefully. To make matters worse, there was an occasional foul odor in the dining room that we are fairly certain was coming from the woman bussing tables — it was genuinely unpleasant and hard to ignore. Overall, between the rushed service, poor attention to detail, mishandled wine service, and the uncomfortable atmosphere, this was not the elevated experience we expected. Definitely disappointing and not what we hoped for from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. Also, they never once mentioned a birthday.

   Was there to celebrate a birthday dinner before a show. Once we got seated we had to wait 15 minutes for our server to greet us. They were not busy - lots of empty tables. Another 10 minutes for water. Our appetizer - Short rib kettle chip nachos were greasy and cold. We took one bite each and that was all. Fish and chips were the same! Greasy and cold! We did not eat the food and was charged full price! To say that we were disappointed was an understatement.

   Arrived on time. First warning was the host was bussing tables. Restaurant was probably at half capacity. Waiting time to order was no issue. Waiter was very pleasant . My wife and I ordered a bottle of wine, crab cakes to split, beef Wellington, and a filet. Then the troubles began. Other tables were asking for water and other items. Couple next to us were served their appetizers, other patrons were given checks. Yet we are waiting on our wine. More time clicks off the clock still no service and no wine. After 30 minutes, our waiter must have sensed our frustration, he came over and said he would get that right out. We said no thanks and left thinking if the front end is handled like this, what is the kitchen like? Didn't want to find out. Mr Ramsey needs to do an episode of 'Kitchen Nightmares' on this restaurant.

   The waitress was nice and professional. The food quality has gone down! I have had better food at Ruby Tuesday (and I don't like it). The crab cakes used to have big chunks of crab and light breading, and now the crab is very fine shredded and alot of breading. The new York strip was way over cooked. It was over 30 year anniversary and ended up just eating our salad. I would strongly recommend not eating here! I wish I could have spoken to Gordon Ramsey.

   Wonderful service. I usually don’t like two seater tables because there is never enough room, but these were the perfect size. It feels a little off eating out in the open of the casino but also unique. Enjoyed.

   We were seated right away. Our waiter was helpful and prompt. I had the Fish and Chips, it was fantastic. We will go back again.

    Wait staff great, good service very hospitable. We had the lump crab cakes on the small plates, menu, roasted prime rib, beef Wellington all were very good. The price was a little much our entire meal cost $205. We had one alcoholic drink, a bacon tomato, bloody Mary and sweet tea. No dessert.
