After a friend and I ate at True Food Kitchen, which was recommended by a friend who lives in the area, for the first time on Friday night, we ate there again on Saturday night. We liked everything about our experience the first night so much that we decided to go back the next night, when we met my son and his girlfriend for dinner. Everyone in our party appreciates healthy eating, which fits the name of True Food Kitchen. For starters, we chose the edamame dumplings and the cauliflower with tahini. For dinner, our choices included burgers, flatbread pizza, squash soup, teriyaki quinoa bowl, and the grilled chicken ranch wrap. We also appreciated the delicious not-too-sweet peach lemonade pitcher and pineapple spritzer. Both nights, we ate outside and enjoyed the hum of conversation around us and in the courtyard and soft jazz by live musicians. Our hosts and hostesses and servers were all pleasant. We have no complaints and highly recommend True Food Kitchen in West Palm Beach.

The food was terrible , we order Peruvian burger , margarita pizza, salmon bowl with crystal noodles, chicken panini , Salmon was burned, the burger was like freeze burger , the potato’s were burned outside and raw inside. The cauliflower was the only decent dish.

The waitress was very friendly and accommodating to our many special requests on the menu. Everything we ordered was very good. The only complaint was with the drinks. My friend ordered a vodka drink but mentioned that she liked “bubbles”. The waitress said they could put a splash of Prosecco in it. Another friend said to do the same with hers as it sounded good. When we got the bill they were both charged for their drink plus a glass of Prosecco. The waitress did not mention they would be charged for 2 full drinks.

This was disappointing. Although not the first time we have dined there this time was not good. Hard to find our server and when I had wanted to send something back I couldn’t find our server to get their attention so I ate an extremely salty tuna dish- when I had finished I mentioned something and got a shoulder shrug. Food was excellent as usual. Server though was not very attentive. This was a first for us in all the times we’ve eaten there. After the meal the manager did come over and she was very nice. We still will be going back I still as well highly recommend this restaurant.

My friends and I loved True Food Kitchen. The location was very convenient. We were seated immediately upon arrival and drinks were brought to us quickly while we browsed the menu. My friends brought their dog, who was also attentively looked after by our waitress. The food was fresh and delicious and our drinks were awesome. We love true food but this was our first time to this location. Sat outside on their patio. Unfortunately our service was not great, food came out at all different times leaving us to eat cold food. Just a very subpar experience

I made reservations at seven and they gave me the table and helped me ask my girlfriend to homecoming by holding the flowers and poster the whole time we were there, as well as holding the flowers and posters for me as soon as the dinner was over.

Rosemary square is beautiful and there was live music being played which is nice. However the music got loud and we couldn’t hear each other so be careful about that. The half price bottles of wine Friday-Sunday was an amazing surprise in a world where everything costs too much it was refreshing and so we shared a bottle of amazing red wine from Chili. The food was good but I wouldn’t say outstanding. Perhaps a 6.5-7 out of ten. Overall I enjoy true food kitchen and have been there many times. The quality of the food I feel is very good. The Boca food tastes a bit better though. Different chef obviously.

We have a lot of food allergies and the manager and wait staff did an excellent job communicating with the chef to ensure our food would be properly modified. They offered substitutes and everything was absolutely delicious. It is very difficult to find restaurants that can accommodate us, so this was is going to be a regular place for us.

Server was friendly, but service was slow. Requested a booster seat and never got it. My meal was doused in a spicy sauce to the point it was inedible. My husbands food lacked flavor. It was really all over the place.

I was skeptical when I realized it was “healthy” food. When I go out for dinner I want my food to be tasty, first and foremost, not healthy…so I thought “will there be anything on the menu I would actually enjoy?” I had a Korean noodle bowl with sweet potato glass noodles and grass fed beef. I must say, it was amazing! The flavour was on-point and portion size was perfect. The atmosphere seems ideal for a lunch with friends or colleagues, but not a “fancy date night “ or “impress the client” sort of place. It feels open and bright, fairly contemporary and fresh. Prices don’t break the bank either. I recommend this restaurant if you’re in the WPB area and want tasty food that’s good for you.

Surprisingly quiet for Friday night at 7:45. Guac appetizer was very good. My tuna poke bowl was good, not great. My wife’s pasta bolognese was excellent and disappeared quickly. I enjoyed a second glass of sangria. Strawberry shortcake with a twist was delightful. We’ve been now for dinner and brunch and will definitely be back.

Salmon was delish as always. Service wasn’t fantastic. We were left alone for quite sometime then she asked if we wanted coffee/dessert when only 1 out 3 of us had finished eating. Then came back twice more before we were done. We had only had our food for maybe 8 minutes. We ordered cookies and ice cream and the cookies were cold. We asked if they were supposed to be warm and she said yes. Took the cookies, left the ice cream…10 minutes later the new cookies came out to the melted ice cream. Could have been a way better experience. We typically love True Foods.
